Μου ειπαν ειναι μαλλον η υπερχειλιση, φυσιολογικο..αλλα "φερτη να τη δουμε". Την κρατησαν μια εβδομάδα, την είδαν και μου είπαν οτι οντως ηταν η φυσιολογική υπερχειλιση. 17 ευρώ!!!! For an espresso machine I asked if the water that runs after the end of brewing coffee is normal. They told me it is probably the overflow, normal..but "let's see it". They kept it for a week, saw it and told me it was really normal overflow. 17 euros !!!!

Άφησα σόμπα για επιδιόρθωση την τρίτη, μου είπε θα με έπαιρνε τηλέφωνο την Τετάρτη, δεν πήρε.. όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο την Δευτέρα μου είπε ότι εγώ δεν απαντούσα όταν με καλούσε και όταν του είπα ότι δεν είχα καμία κλήση από αυτόν μου απάντησε: `ναι, καλά`. Ντροπή... δεν θα ξαναπροτιμήσω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα..υπάρχουν πιο καταρτησμένοι και το σημαντικότερο ευγενικοί επαγγελματίες..επίσης μου είπε ότι η σόμπα απλά ήθελε καθάρισμα..το έκανε..την πήρα σπίτι..και συνειδητοποιώ ότι πάλι δεν δούλευε και είχε το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Πραγματική ξεφτίλα για μόλις 2€, έσβησε την τιμή πάνω στο προϊόν γράφοντας τη νέα τιμή! 04/11/17 changed the price of the Fissler spare part (a simple rubber band) on the spot as soon as he found out that I would buy it, of course raising it from 3 € to 5 € !!! A real mess for just € 2, erase the price on the product by writing the new price!

Επισκευή καφετιέρας την οποία παρέλαβα σε χειρότερη κατάσταση από την αρχική, για να μου πει ότι 'δεν φταίει' αυτός για ξεχωριστή βλάβη που θα χρεωθεί άλλα τόσα χρήματα από τα αρχικά! Την πήγα στα κεντρικά όπου οι άνθρωποι (ευγενεστατοι) απόρησαν για το ότι τουλάχιστον δεν την τεσταρισε πριν να μου τη δώσει! Κουβεντιάζοντας με άλλους, διαπίστωσα ότι παρόμοια προβλήματα με τον Κο Αλεξάκη είχαν και πολλοί άλλοι. Με μια λέξη: ΜΑΚΡΙΑ! Rude, abrupt and unacceptable professional! Coffee machine repair which I received in a worse condition than the original, to tell me that 'it's not his fault' for a separate damage that will be charged so much more money than the original! I took her to the headquarters where people (very kindly) wondered that at least he did not test her before she gave it to me! Chatting with others, I found that many others had similar problems with Mr. Alexakis. In a word: AWAY!
E	Efrosini Laoudi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορεί ο κύριος της υποδοχής των συσκευών να είναι δωρικός στους τρόπους του (νομίζω αυτός είναι και ο κύριος Αλεξάκης), αλλά είναι σοβαρός επαγγελματίας, πηγαίνω χρόνια εκεί και νιώθω τυχερός που έχουμε αυτόν τον Μάστορα με Μ κεφαλαίο κοντά στο σπίτι μας. Έχει ξαναδώσει ζωή σε πολλές συσκευές όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, σε πολύ λογικές τιμές, τις οποίες αλλιώς θα πετάγαμε ή θα τρέχαμε σε αντιπροσωπείες τρέχε γύρευε κόπος και κόστος. Ό,τι του έχω πάει όλα αυτά τα χρόνια το έχει φτιάξει. Σίδερα, Multi, τοστιέρες και άλλα.
