Γνωρίζουν κάθε προϊόν•και εάν ερωτηθούν θα προτείνουν με ειλικρίνεια ποιό από όλα εξυπηρετεί περισσότερο, ανεξάρτητα από την τιμή του. Με ευκολίες στη δημιουργία λίστας. Για παράδειγμα δε χρειάζεται ραντεβού πριν, ούτε θα πρέπει απαραίτητα η λίστα να γίνει ένα μήνα πριν τον τοκετό όπως σε άλλα. Επιπλέον προσθέτοντας προιόντα στην κλειστή λίστα σε περίοδο εκπτώσεων κατοχυρώνονται οι τιμές και μετά τις εκπτώσεις που δε συμβαίνει σε άλλα καταστήματα. Και τα προϊόντα της ανοιχτής λίστας είναι κι εκείνα συγκεκριμένα και επιλεγμένα από τους πελάτες κι όχι γενικά όπως το είδα αλλού. Polite and very helpful. There is a variety of items and prices. E	Evi Alexaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι το μοναδικό κατάστημα παιδικών στο Ηράκλειο που όταν ζητήσαμε να μας δώσουν γραπτώς προσφορά για 1 καρότσι, μας είπαν οτι δεν επιτρέπεται. Μας έγραψαν πολυ πρόχειρα σε ένα φυλλάδιο της Peg perego τις τιμές της προσφοράς τους. Όταν ξανά επισκεφτήκαμε το κατάστημα για να προχωρήσουμε στην αγορά βάση της προσφοράς, αρνήθηκε ο πωλητής την έκπτωση και μας φωναζε πολύ έντονα (τον ακουγαν απεξω από το χτιριο, κι εγω 7 μηνων έγκυος) "ένα λάθος έκανα, σταυρώστε με", σηκώνοντας τα χέρια του και να κανει το σήμα του Σταύρου με το σώμα του. Εξαιρετικά χαμηλή ποιότητα υπηρεσιών με αγενέστατο προσωπικό σε σημείο να φωνάζουν στους πελάτες και μάλιστα σε εγκυες για δικα τους λάθη!
