Το κατάλυμα είναι κοντά στο κέντρο (2-3 λεπτά με τα πόδια ), τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και ευρύχωρα, οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, ευγενέστατοι και γενικά άψογοι. Είναι οι οικοδεσπότες που θα ήθελε να συναντήσει ο καθένας πηγαίνοντας κάπου διακοπές!

Πεντακάθαρο, μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Κοντα στο κέντρο κάπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ στον δρόμο. Πολύ καλό σεσουάρ για μαλλιά. Το καθαρότερο δωμάτιο που έχουμε μείνει. Ο Αλέξανδρος και η Χρύσα φρόντιζαν προσωπικά την καθαριότητα των δωματίων. Εξαιρετικά φιλικοί και μας έστειλαν στα καλύτερα μέρη για φαγητό και όχι στα τουριστικά.

July 2019 - The room was spacious, clean and facility was quiet. The room offered hand soap, clean sheets and towels which were changed every 2-3 days. The room did offer a hair dryer but there was no iron and ironing board. The most important DRAWBACK was that our room did not have shutters or blackout curtains thus making sleeping in the morning very difficult which resulted in not getting quality sleep and the feeling of tiredness some days. The hosts were friendly and the service was good except in one instance when I asked about the existence of a security box. The hosts reaction to my question was a bit absurd since he asked me why I needed one and mentioned that although the room had one he was hesitant to provide me the key because of his fear that I would lose it or it will get lost. This was the first time I had met the host. Eventually he offered us the key to the security but the experience was unnecessary to say the least. The hosts informed us that the water on the island of Skiathos is not drinkable since it contains high levels of mercury. A news article published in Spring 2019 mentioned that the levels were six times above the acceptable levels. Personally I was hesitant to even shower in that water. It sucks to learn such a thing at the beginning of the vacation but I'm very grateful it was brought up in our conversation before exposing ourselves to the dangers by drinking the water. This guest house is worth your consideration once the issue with the shutters and the seeping morning light issue is resolved. This may not be an issue for you if you're planning to go to bed early and wake up in the morning, which would make the guest house suitable for you.

Awesome rooms, new and clean with affective air conditioning. Brilliant location for getting into skiathos and exploring the island if you have your own transportation (we used a moped). Most friendly hosts in the world. We've had a great time staying here.

If you will visit Skiathos this is the place to sleep. Close to the center about 5 min walk, big rooms and above all daily cleaned. Alexandros and Chrissa are the best host you could ever find! Caring and friendly they provide a lot of good advices! Thanks again!

a fine place, that Alex is doing his best to look after his guests. His knowledge and experience assist anybody to make most of island of Skiathos. Nice and quiet rooms, with AC and free wifi, place to park your car, Alex is there to suggest places to visit, restaurants to eat, beaches to swim.

Super clean and very spacious rooms. The owner is simply amazing. He is very helpful and will give you all the hints and tips for an unfogettable holiday on Skiathos. The price is more than reasonable too. There is available free parking in the surrounding area.
