Big problems with cleanliness. The bathroom and the dirty kitchen, in a week they only came in once to change the towels. Otherwise the location is chic, a nicely arranged courtyard, and the rooms are modernly furnished. you have access to the remote control from the air conditioning. The lady is not too happy with the presence of the children, although the yard has a track and a slide for them.

Overall, I recommend it. Very comfortable location. Very pleasant rooms. There are 2 cons. In the morning they often wake up roosters at 5 o'clock. The downside is also that taking a shower DO NOT spill across the bathroom.

An absolutely beautiful courtyard, the rooms are clean, equipped with everything you need. The kitchenettes have a kettle, sandwich maker, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, glasses and plates. The apartments are very comfortable with a generous terrace. The villa is close to the beach. I recommend with all confidence.

A very ok place. 6 apartments in two-story houses. Trees that give shade. Green lawn. 200 meters from the main road stop 500 from a nice beach. Rural silence. Daily cleaning. The only downside is the microscopic bathroom which cannot be flooded while taking a shower. But I prefer - as here - a small bathroom and a large terrace than the other way around.

Alexia are pretty decent apartments. Every two days cleaned and changed towels. Linen is changed weekly. The bathroom is actually small and, as it happens in Greece, there is no shower cabin and no curtain. The bathroom sinks after each bath. It is to be experienced :) On the other hand, the room itself is quite spacious. A safe is available. As the predecessor wrote, the rooster crows. He spoke quite often during the night. I must admit that he woke me up every time. That's why I bought an air conditioning for the remaining 11 days and we closed the balcony window at night. Then my family and I could sleep well. The neighbors next door in the room had a hard sleep and were without air-conditioning. In July 2018, some mosquitoes were flying. It is worth having some specifics with you. Lots of space in front of the building. You can lie down on the grass or on car seats. Information about the water. The one coming from the tap is clean and after boiling it is drinkable. You do not need to buy water to make a cup of coffee :) Only Greek channels on the TV. Wi Fi internet works very well even in front of the building. When it comes to shops called Supermarkets here, it is known that the big ones in the capital of the island have lower prices. But believe me, the supermarket next door to Alexia has quite decent prices compared to the others in Kolios. Example of Mythos beer - four pack of 4.35 euro, in other stores 6.20 euro. Ice cream on average from 1.70 to 2.20. Elsewhere from 2 euros to 2.80 euros. I also recommend Alexia for a quiet vacation.
