★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Unterkunft und idealer Ort um von dort aus die Insel zu entdecken. Villa Karina wird von einem liebenswürdigen deutsch/griechischen Ehepaar und ihrem Vater geführt. Daher fühlt man sich als deutscher Gast von der ersten Sekunde an sehr heimisch. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ca. 100 Meter weiter auf der gleichen Straßenseite . Diese sind kostenlos. Das Frühstück ist okay. Ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten fehlen, wie zum Beispiel Butter oder ein wenig mehr Aufschnitt oder eine größere Auswahl an Obst. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mit Blick hinten raus auf eine Schafsweide. Die Straße von vorne hört man kaum. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, eine kleine Spüle und Geschirr. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung und beim nächsten Trip nach Skiathos würde wieder dieses Haus angesteuert werden.
 Very nice accommodation and ideal place to discover the island from there. Villa Karina is run by a lovable German / Greek couple and their father. Therefore, as a German guest, you feel very at home from the very first moment. Very courteous and helpful. Parking is available approx. 100 meters further on on the same side of the street. These are free of charge. Breakfast is okay. One or two little things are missing, such as butter or a little more cold cuts or a larger selection of fruit. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. With a view at the back of a sheep pasture. You can hardly hear the road from the front. The rooms are air-conditioned, with a fridge and freezer, a small sink and dishes. All in all an absolute recommendation and on the next trip to Skiathos this house would be used again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to stay in Skiathos! The lovely German couple who run the place during late spring until mid autumn speak very good English, were cordial and very informative about the top things to do and see on the island. The rooms of the villas are very clean, modern and spacious with a nice garden view (at least ours had a garden view). We didn’t opt for having breakfast included in the price of the room, but by the looks of it, it seemed very healthy and nutritious ! If I ever come back to Skiathos, I already know where I’ll stay. Thank you so much for everything !! Hope to see you again soon !

The owners and the staff were smiley, very polite and did their best for us to enjoy our stay.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Also it's near to the best beaches of the island and close to restaurants, taverns and town.
We absolutely recommend it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (2 adults and our 9 year old) had a wonderful stay at villa Karina, Nikolas and Sandra are very welcoming hosts and they helped with useful recommendations for tavernas and beaches around the island.
The studio was spacious and the kitchinette nicely equipped.
Another plus was the cleaning, which was maintained daily (towels changed every 2 days, etc)
Agia Paraskevi beach is very close to the Villa but the island has a lot to offer from this point of view.
For those driving their own car to the island, there is a public parking lot near the Villa.
Totally recommend the place!
