★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked a trip. told me 8.30am. wrote departure time on emails for other trips but not this one - turns out departure was 7.40am. ignored all my comms for a refund. literally ignore them. turns out they use KLADOS PANAGIOTIS - use these as Alfa chargbed €38 each whereas the price list from Klados was €18 for the exact same pick up/tour/drop off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst agency ever. Booked a boat trip to the caves at the last minute they cancelled after waiting for half a hour because of too few people. No apology nothing. Not even a refund for the parking. Never ever book here.
