Can’t speak for the tour itself, as we never made it on - the bus didn’t pick us up. Shambolic organisation, rude staff - overall a blot on an otherwise lovely holiday. AVOID! Much friendlier companies along Rethymno harbour.

They didn't show up at the pickup point. Left me stranded all day. Do not book this company, you will really regret it! No matter what this company replies, they should be empathetic that someone is left stranded. Instead they were extremely stressed and rude, which made a bad situation worse. Again, DO NOT BOOK this COMPANY. YOU WILL BE TREATED RUDELY and, like me, you will be asking yourself, IS THIS A JOKE!?!

The best Travel Agency in Crete! Great variety in Tours & Excursions all over the island, in the best prices! Very helpful and kind staff. Totally recommend it and will sure choose it with my family again next year!

This is a review of the tour not the gorge as that was amazing as expected. The tour guide Elena was professional, polite, efficent and approachable. But this was not guided tour. You are picked up between 5 and 6 am for a 8am start on a 60 seater coach, several coaches arrive at 8am, so the start is very busy and all through the hike you are never more than a hundred paces away from anyone else. This is self guided the purpose of the guide is sort the administration and provide a back marker to ensure no one is left behind. The walk takes about 5 hrs at a leisurely pace so you are finished between 1 and 2pm if you have a reasonable level of fitness. The boat doesn't leave until 530pm. I was picked up at 535am and got back to the hotel at 845pm. So a 15 hour day for a 5 hour walk. Cost was 35 euros for the tour plus 5 euro gorge entrance & 10 euro for the boat. I thought it represented good value. If I did it again I would look for a smaller guided group and later start around 11am (let the large groups get a big head start). It would have been nice to have the guide on hand to talk through the history, flora and fauna etc.

Our tour was really great and more than recommended. The tour guide was friendly and able to make the tour interesting with a lot of information at the same time. We really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a tour in Greece you must contact them!

Very good trip. Boat and entrance to the gorge are an extra €15 per person which you pay in cash on the day, but all in all, still very reasonably priced. Helpful and flexible – we had to reschedule and they were understanding. Definitely worth doing, great guide who gives you all the information you need. Takes the stress out of the trip. Really a must do if you’re in the Chania area of Crete and reasonably fit. The gorge is stunning, the photos don’t really do it justice

Beautiful trek through pine trees at Europe's longest gorge. It is a tough trek at 16km long but well worth it. Stunning place and a must see if visiting Crete
