No insurance was put on our eyes. The delivery was very relaxed

Wir fühlen uns sicher, wenn wir bei einem seriösen Anbieter wie Europcar unser Urlaubsauto mieten. Die Preise und der Service sind ok. We have been booking our VW Polo or the Nissan Micra here for many years. We are completely satisfied with the company. We feel safe when we rent our vacation car from a reputable provider like Europcar. The prices and service are ok.
G	Giova 58 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesto per noleggio scooter, non parlano che greco o inglese, pochi veicoli a disposizione e prezzi piuttosto elevati per quanto offerto, poco interesse ed empatia dell'addetta. Evitabile. Asked for scooter rental, they speak only Greek or English, few vehicles available and rather high prices for what is offered, little interest and empathy from the employee. Avoidable.

Re. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DER HAMMER Bin 58 und Führerschein für PKW ... sind Mittags hin und wegen einen Roller gefragt ... der Schrauber sagt kein Problem kommt heute Abend vorbei dann macht die deutschsprachige Dame alles klar ... wir Abends wieder hin und sprechen mit der Dame ... sie sagt okay sie sind lange nicht mehr Roller/Scooter gefahren dann kommen sie Morgenfrüh um 9.00 wieder ... dann Probefahren dann Papiere dann für 5 Tage a' 20€ (100€) mieten ... also morgens um 9.00 wieder hin. Eine andere Dame Vorort der gleiche Schrauber ... die Dame sagt es sind in letzter Zeit soviel Unfälle passiert und sie vermieten nur noch an Personen mit Motorrad Führerschein die auch zu Hause ständig fahren ... hey Leute ich wollte 50 ccm und keine Ducati Panigale 4 ... ich sage für die Erklärung bin ich jetzt 3 x hergekommen ... sie sagt : das hättest du ja nicht machen brauchen ... aber wie wäre es mit einem Quad für 5 Tage a' 65€ (325€) ... am besten fand ich aber die aggressive Art und Weise ... THE HAMMER I am 58 and have a driver's license for a car ... are asked for a scooter at lunchtime ... the mechanic says no problem will come over tonight then the German-speaking lady will make everything clear ... we go back in the evening and talk to the lady .. she says okay you haven't ridden a scooter for a long time then you come back tomorrow morning at 9.00 ... then test drive then rent papers for 5 days a '20 € (100 €) ... so in the morning again at 9.00. Another lady on site the same screwdriver ... the lady says there have been so many accidents lately and they only rent to people with motorcycle driving license who drive at home all the time ... hey guys, I wanted 50 cc and not a Ducati Panigale 4 ... I say I've come here 3 times for the explanation ... she says: You didn't have to do that ... but how about a quad bike for 5 days a '65 € (325 €). .. but I found the aggressive manner best ...

Their shop almost looks like two shops upon first look, as they seem to also be a europcar hire company but have mixed branding outside and in. Woman was blunt and barely understood what I was asking for, then became quite rude. Pretty crappy first impression, I would avoid with staff like that
