Horrible is an understatement . The owner who was at the reception had the most horrible attitude . I suggest that please do not stay here ever . It’s not worth it and the holiday will be ruined We had complained that the Air conditioning was not working . We were told by the owner not to complain too much. They will try to fix it and if they cant then (" take your money and go") . Imagine travelling all day with a confirmed booking and then being told this. Extremely rude person . Though i must admit that manager Ms Lana was very helpful and tried to help , but we could not trust the place any more as we were not sure if owner would do something to harm us. We finally had to leave and look for another place to stay. So I seriously advise please do not take your chances with this property.

What a lovely view! The dog of the owners was so cute! Panos, the chief, is a good DJ, which made the music at the poolbar even more enjoyable! Great hotel and restaurant. The waiters wore a mask, to protect MOUTH AND NOSE! This doesnt happen too often. Kind people, Lenna???, the receptionist was kind aswell. The sea there is AMAZING!

The hotel is located at the beat part of the island. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is small and cozy, the interior design was very nice. I Highly recommend the pool villas, they has the best sunrise view I’ve ever seen! The main pool was very quiet and stylish. The stuff was very nice and helpful. They should improve the menu at the restaurant, we loved the view from there but the food was nothing special. The cleaning service was poor.

We spent three nights at the Aliv Suites for our honeymoon and loved it! The rooms are immaculate, breakfast is great, and views are all fantastic. Be sure to book a boat trip around the north of the island and to check out the small beaches up the east side of the island (some of which you can walk to from Aliv). Highly recommended!

What a fantastic hotel! Family running business.The owners created an amazing place. Full of good taste. Excellent breakfast ( fresh juices, smoothies, home made pastry, delicious coffee). Peaceful, away from crowded tourist areas, where you can enjoy two mini but spectacular beaches, sea view, swimming pool. The hotel restaurant serve very good high quality food. Thank you for the wonderful time and special thanks for the waiter!

A must-stay for couples and families! We visited in early June – the hotel is modern, beautifully furnished and packed with those extra details that will take your vacation from great to unforgettable. The room was very spacious, with a large balcony overlooking a gorgeous stretch of coastline with dramatic bays and crystal-clear azure water. The medium-sized pool is surrounded with very comfortable cushioned sun loungers and round-the-clock bar service. You can even take your lunch poolside. Breakfast is included and features a range of greek pastries, cooked and continental options such as omelettes, sausages, cured meats, and fresh fruit. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and plentiful. The north of the island, around Agios Nikolaos, is considered the most luxurious and secluded part of Zakynthos, where you'll find many of it's top-tier restaurants including Nobelos and Orizodes. Dinner at Aliv is also very good – we recommend dining there at least one evening during your stay. We expect that once the beach bar is finished (it was still being built during our visit) you could even take lunch and dinner seaside, making the experience even more peaceful and romantic. You can rent a car directly from Aliv fairly inexpensively and explore most of the island. We recommend travelling south to Porto Limnionas, Porto Roxa, and Kampi. Don't leave Zakynthos without visiting Porto Limnionas which overlooks a breathtaking cove. Spend the day snorkelling, cliff-jumping, and relaxing with elevated views. The taverna there is also very good. Overall, what really sets Aliv apart is the quality of service, care, and diligence that goes into everything they do. You'll feel very well looked after in an environment that's truly luxurious and escapist. Thank you especially to Sofia, Lena, and Panos who went that extra mile. We look forward to visiting again!

We: our baby girl, my wife and myself are staying in this amazing place for 14 days. They are so much good things to say about this great hotel, besides very stylish interior which could be in big capitals like Paris, London or New York the atmosphere and energy here are outstanding! Thanks Aliv crew, to all individual contributors to create such wonderful and family friendly atmosphere and vibe ✨ Will recommend to family and friends to visit here, when in Zakynthos! The best part of our 3 week trip. The facilities are unmatched on Zakynthos and the staff is incredible. They have easy access into and out of the water so you don’t have to climb on the rocks, a great lounge area, the large pool is nice, clean, and open late, and the breakfast and restaurant are also good. The staff here really make you feel at home and take pride in making you feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back
