Όσες φορές έχουμε καλέσει στο συγκεκριμένο τμήμα η απάντηση τους είναι ότι έχουν άλλες αρμοδιότητες και να καλέσουμε αργότερα. Όσες φορές έχουν έρθει η γραπτή αναφορά τους δεν έχει καμία σχέση με το συμβάν. Είναι σαν να θέλουν να καλύψουν τους δράστες. Όταν είχαμε πάει δικαστικώς, δεν ασχολήθηκαν καθόλου με το αυτόφωρο που είχε δώσει εντολή ο εισαγγελέας. Είχαν πει κάποια στιγμή στην μητέρα μου ότι δεν θα ξανασχοληθουμε ξέρουμε ποιοί είναι (για τους δράστες). Μέχρι σήμερα που χρειάστηκε η μητέρα μου βοήθεια, όταν τους πήρα, η απάντηση τους ήταν "δεν μπορούμε τώρα έχουμε αυτόφωρο, πάρτε σε 2 ώρες". Είμαστε στο έλεος του Θεού. We have been victims of domestic violence for a long time. Whenever we have called in this department their answer is that they have other responsibilities and to call later. The number of times their written report has nothing to do with the incident. It is as if they want to cover the perpetrators. When we went to court, they did not deal at all with the car that the prosecutor had ordered. They once told my mother that we would not deal with it again, we know who they are (for the perpetrators). Until today when my mother needed help, when I got them, their answer was "we can not now have a car, get it in 2 hours". We are at the mercy of God.
