★ ★ ★ ★ ★ family friendly nice restaurant at the road south of corfu town. we went here for dinner woth two families and the waitress played with the kids and let them pick an orange from their tree. the dishes were excellent. you can park at the main road in front of the restaurant

We arrived at 11PM and asked if it was still possible to eat, without much hope.
And it was! ?
Delicious local food (try the sofrito if you like garlic ?) and very very nice people.
Test it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somebody once told me, that the Greek cuisine is simple and not as sophisticated as the Italian… well this is some of the best unsophisticated food I’ve ever had! The grilled chicken was a chicken sent from heaven, bathed in lemon and crisp as you would want your chips. The Greek salad was the size of an A380! I always get the, “less is more”, but here. Like Yngwe Malmsteen would say! “HOW CAN LESS BE MORE? MORE IS MORE”!!!
I finished the chicken but had the Greek salad remains bagged for the hotel fridge. Gonna serve as a great night-snack! Best thing about my hotel, is that it’s within walking distance of this marvel! Had a Mythos beer. Support local ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little taverna located hillside on the road to Benitses. Service was excellent ,prices reasonable.
The food was delicious...The moussaka was housemade and came with french fries.
The greek salad was delicious as well. It was piled high with tomatoes, peppers, purple onions and topped with a huge slab of feta cheese.
The view across the street was beautiful.
Recommended.
