Positive: Fantastic place for our second week great service and friendly staff will be back ?. Negative: Nothing.

Paid to use the pool as our accommodation didn't have one. Staff helpful and pool good. Limited selection of food and drink and not allowed to bring your own.

Positive: Lovely stay our second year, highly recommended. Negative: We missed the lovely lunches that were not available this year.

Arrived at the hotel just after a big storm so no electricity. Not their fault I know. I had booked this hotel as it had a kitchenette and having food allergies find it easier to prepare my own. There was no kitchenette when I queried it he said there hadn't been a kitchenette for 2 years. They had a generator running in the bar area. I thought the least they could do is offer us a tea or coffee as we couldn't use the kettle in our room. No we had pay 2.50 euros for a cup of weak tea. No offer of candles or a torch. Eventually the electricity came back. We had another storm and the electricity was lost again and our hotel room flooded especially the bathroom as the window was broken. This time no generator was put on the pool was full of debris and broken pots strewn around the pool area. No one cleared it up and all the staff disappeared. This was Wednesday night. By friday still nothing had been done and no staff available. Some customers there were with tui and they were taken to another another hotel and tui kindly helped us and took us too. We discovered the kitchen was absolutely filthy and one of the staff that served breakfast wore the same mask each day and then left it next to the dishes. The tables and chairs were never cleaned. We stopped eating breakfast there. I contacted booking.com and was told we should not have left the hotel without paying which was very difficult as there was no staff there. I was then told we still needed to pay the full amount. I had read all the good reviews which is why I booked. However I found out that the original people that ran it had left. Hence the difference. I have sent photos of the disgusting state of the kitchen and pool area to booking.com but they haven't bothered replying. Do not book this hotel based on the previous reviews as everything has changed. I would also never use booking.com again.

Positive: The breakfast house was perfect and fresh. Just right for the setting and heat factor.. Negative: The bathrooms were small and only big enough for one person. They are quite rustic !.

Positive: Location was spot on 5 minutes walk to beach and restaurants and the staff were brilliant we had a evening flight and the lady let us keep the room without charge also they put balloons and a bottle of champagne in room for my partners birthday brilliant. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Beautiful pool and garden. Lovely shower. Nice easy walk to the beach. Close to a minimart and bakery. It was a perfectly pleasant place to stay but not somewhere I'd rush to return to.. Negative: It was minimally decorated, felt a little sparse and unloved. Staff were polite but not forthcomingly friendly or helpful with activities..
