G	George Hoffman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Portaria! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, The staff was extremely friendly, We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

The rooms were so dirty as well and the manager was so disrespectful. The internet connection of the hotel supposed to be the best regarding from the reviews. As you can imagine, it was so bad. Please avoid this hotel
D	DrSkillful on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was awful!! 4 beds in one room, one of which was so weak a support broke when someone sat on it, dinner was awful aswell with it having ALMOST RAW REFRIGERATED SNITCHEL and the staff was awful. Also, a huge security risk was that the keys worked on ALL ROOMS
a	abby reed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I’ve ever been through! The rooms were super dusty, dead bugs were on the floor and the toilets were unsanitary! We found used towels with hair on them and holes in the duvet. The air conditioner was out of order and in result, my friends & I caught a cold because we were in the basement. The internet connection was unstable so we had to go to the balcony to connect. Don’t even get me started on the food! Very little amounts of food were served and it was all awful! We found bugs in the apples & the head manager shouted at us because of the amount of food we were eating from the buffet!! We were there for our school trip and it was horrible, thankfully we only stayed there for one night. Would not recommend!
