G	Giniffer Gilbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην τολμήσετε να πάτε στο κατάστημα αν πρώτα δεν καλέσετε να μάθετε αν όντως πουλάνε τα προϊόντα που λένε. Στο site λενε "αμεσα διαθέσιμο σε απόθεμα" και στο μαγαζι δεν έχουν το 70% αυτων που εχουν στο site!! Ήταν τόσο δύσκολο να γράψουν "για διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων παρακαλώ καλεστε";;; Πήγα για 3 προϊόντα αποκλειστικά στο μαγαζί τους (χρωμοσαμπουαν και ταινίες για τα μάτια κ λοιπές κρέμες). Μου απάντησαν με υφος 100 καρδιναλίων οτι δεν τα έχουν αντι να ντρέπονται για την παραπλάνηση καταναλωτή. "Θα τα παραγγείλουμε να μας τα φερουν" μου είπαν. Ευτυχώς πήγα στο απέναντι μαγαζι (από την αλλη πλευρά της πλατείας) και τα προϊόντα υπήρχαν. Ευτυχώς τα βρήκα εκει. Αντιεπαγγελματισμος!! Μετριότητα!! Μετά τους φταιει η κρίση Do not dare to go to the store if you do not first call to find out if they really sell the products they say. On the site they say "immediately available in stock" and in the store they do not have 70% of what they have on the site !! It was so hard to write "for product availability please call" ??? I went for 3 products exclusively in their store (chromo shampoo and eye strips and other creams). They replied to me in the style of 100 cardinals that they have nothing to be ashamed of misleading the consumer. "We will order them to bring them to us," they told me. Luckily I went to the store opposite (on the other side of the square) and the products were there. Fortunately I found them there. Anti-professionalism!! Mediocrity!! After them is the crisis

Το μόνο "παράπονο" ότι το προσωπικό δεν είναι ενημερωμένο στα νέα μέτρα κοβιντ(π.χ. επιτρέπεται η είσοδος στο μαγαζί με σελφ τεστ σε παιδιά κάτω τον 18 , παρόλο που το χαρτί στην πόρτα το έδειχνε, η υπάλληλος ισχυριζόταν ότι δεν ισχύει με αποτέλεσμα να έχω φύγει ανικανοποίητη πολλές φορές από το μαγαζί) Nice place, nice products. The only "complaint" that the staff is not informed of the new measures (eg children under 18 are allowed to enter the store by self-test, even though the paper on the door showed it, the clerk claimed that it is not valid with as a result I have left the store unsatisfied many times)

Οι τιμές πάνω στα προϊόντα δεν αναγράφονταν (αναρωτιέμαι γιατί) και δεν υπήρχαν testers για να δοκιμάσεις τα προϊόντα ομορφιάς. Δεν συστήνω σε κανέναν να ξοδέψει τα λεφτά του εκεί!!! The shop assistant was completely indifferent and even rude. The prices on the products were not listed (I wonder why) and there were no testers to try the beauty products. I do not recommend anyone to spend their money there !!!
