★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκα επειγόντως ένα ζευγάρι ακουστικά hands free καθώς ήμουν στο δρόμο. Σταμάτησα και ρώτησα στο κατάστημα αν υπάρχει κάτι οικονομικό και μου απάντησαν ότι τα πιο φτηνά που έχουν κοστίζουν περίπου 12,00. Υποστήριξαν ότι δυστυχώς δεν είχαν γιατί έφερναν μόνο σε καλή ποιότητα για να αντέχουν παραπάνω και να έχουν σωστότερη απόδοση. Έχοντας καλή πίστη αγόρασα αυτά που μου πρότειναν. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να λειτουργήσουν σωστά 10 μέρες και μετά ξεκίνησαν να υπολειτουργούν και να επηρεάζουν διάφορες λειτουργίες του κινητού τηλεφώνου μου.
Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Κοινώς, κοροϊδία.. Κρίμα.
I urgently needed a pair of hands free headphones as I was on the road. I stopped and asked the store if there is anything economical and they replied that the cheapest ones have about 12.00. They claimed that unfortunately they did not have it because they only brought in good quality to withstand more and have a better performance. In good faith I bought what they offered me. The result was that they worked properly for 10 days and then they started to malfunction and affect various functions of my mobile phone.
Unprofessional behavior. Commonly, a joke .. Too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχε ενεργοποιηθεί το sim talking στο Κιν -μια εφαρμογή για χρήστες με προβλήματα όρασης που με δυσκόλευε πολύ. Ζήτησα να μου την αφαιρέσουν, με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα το κάνουν κ όταν παρέλαβα το κινητό με συμβούλεψαν να κλειδώνω το Κιν για να μην ξανά ενεργοποιηθεί η εφαρμογή. Όταν ρώτησα γιατί δεν την αφαίρεσαν είπαν πως δεν γίνεται. Μου πήραν 15 ευρώ για να απενεργοποιήσουν παροδικά την εφαρμογή. Παρόμοια στη βονταφον μου την είχαν αφαιρέσει δωρεάν σε πέντε λεπτά. Συννενοηθηκα μαζί τους για άλλη παροχή υπηρεσιών κ άλλη έλαβα αλλα το κόστος παρέμεινε το ίδιο. Αυτό εγώ το λέω κλοπή κ γι'αυτό γράφω αυτή την τόσο αρνητική κριτική. Ντροπή τους
Sim talking was enabled on Kin - an application for visually impaired users that was very difficult for me. I asked them to remove it, they assured me that they would do it and when I received the mobile they advised me to lock the Kin so that the application would not be activated again. When I asked why they did not remove it, they said it could not be done. They took me 15 euros to temporarily disable the application. Similar to my vodafone, it was removed for free in five minutes. I negotiated with them for another service and I received another but the cost remained the same. This is what I call theft and that is why I am writing this very negative review. Shame on them
