Αγενέστατατη και καθόλου επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά!!!!! Επικριτική, εριστική και ότι αρνητικό υπάρχει σε θέμα συμπεριφοράς το αντιμετώπισα στην κυρία που επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικώς! Καλύτερα να κυκλοφορώ με τα πόδια, παρά να δώσω τα λεφτά μου σ αυτή!

Nunca reserven en este lugar. Reservamos coche en santorini, donde nos pusieron muchísimas pegas y además nos dieron un coche penoso. Ya teníamos la reserva para mykonos con la misma compañía (si no, no hubiéramos repetido) y fueron unos estafadores! Nuestro ferry se había retrasado y llegamos 1 hora más tarde de lo programado, por lo que llamamos para avisar de que nos retrasaríamos y asegurar que no anularan la reserva. Nos dijeron que de acuerdo, sin problema. Nos desplazamos al aeropuerto en taxi y al llegar nos encontramos con la oficina cerrada. Llamamos y nos contestan de una forma muy maleducada, diciendo que habíamos perdido la reserva por llegar tarde, (cuando habíamos llamado previamente para avisar y nos dijeron que sin problema). Para colmo no nos devolvieron el dinero LADRONES. NUNCA reserven con alma cars, son unos estafadores!

Wir hatten am 6.5.22 ein Auto ohne Probleme. Die beiden Schwestern bemühten sich ums. Übergabe und Abnahme waren problemlos… Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Es lief wie es in Griechenland üblich ist.

Rented a car from Alma in Nafplio Greece for a week in June 2018. Very pleased with car and service.

Perfect service! We rented the vehicle for 2 weeks and we had a tour in the Peloponnese. We returned the car at Kalamata airport. We were given a gps for free. I would definitely recommend.

We rent two cars and both are very great and the service was perfect. We really apreciate their amability, the price and the opening hours of the office. I forgot my glasses in a car and she found and gave it back to me, thanks again.

Terrible service, don't rent a car here. I had made a reservation for a car on the phone but when I got there to sign the contract, they told me that they had rented all their cars already despite of what we had agreed on the phone... After this review Alma car rental attacked me with a false claim that I would have been drunk. Read response to Alma car rental below. Edit, response to Alma Car Rental: Dear Alma car rental, As you well know since we just met, I wasn’t drunk and neither were you. I called you in the morning agreeing with you that we would pick up a car tomorrow at around 10am the following day. You then confirmed that this is ok. After this, I told you that I would check with my girlfriend and let you know if we would like to pick up the car earlier than 10am. When we came by to see that the reservation is still ok, you had rented all your cars to other people. When we found out that you had dismissed our reservation, I was naturally angry but instead of e.g. shouting at you, I just calmly walked out of your store. When I now would like to let other google users know how you serve your customers, you attack me with a false claim, that I would have been drunk, which is outrageous and as unprofessional as possibly can be. You also claim that I would not have had a credit card for the car rental but you never actually even asked whether I have one or not. I actually have two. The fact that you attack me publicly in my review claiming that I would have been drunk, which I clearly wasn’t (I hadn’t had any alcoholic drinks), just proves how unprofessional and rude you are. I strongly recommend people not to support this kind of service and business and not to rent cars from Alma Car Rental.
