★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bus station, clean (to access the bathroom is € 0.50 and with convenient lockers to store belongings for a quick stroll around town. The station has an air conditioned indoor waiting area. My connection was short so I only had 35 minutes to walk around, but it was enough to get a glimpse of Nafplion and the terminal is right in the center. The only issue is that it wasn’t so easy to find, it’s just a small building and buses drive around the first parliament building. Look for the bus signs and ask around if you don’t find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS WHERE YOU BUY YOUR TICKET TO ATHENS!
The ticket office is small yet practical and service is good. There is a seating area inside and bathroom (0.5 cents to enter).
You can find most of the info on their website (linked to this google maps listing).
On their brochure there’s also an explanation how to get to Athens airport using the bus and the metro, as there is no direct bus.
You can buy tickets in this office or online, but if you buy online you MUST print the tickets...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, renovated bus station at a very convenient location.
The waiting room is clean and has an automatic machine to buy water, snacks etc. It has lockers(2€) to leave your luggage and stroll around the city.The bathroom is clean and costs 0,50€. Personnel was polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the station as I booked the ticket online, but the bus driver one way back to Athens was not so good, so many delays on the road,too slow for no reason, staying behind one car that was with 40km almost 20km and no AC in the bus...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not real station, one cashier only. No wc, no service. If you've bought returning ticket in Athens, don't forget to validate it at the cass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service from older woman. Younger lady was nice. I really hate rude service, if I am being extremely nice myself, so thatswhy I'm always mentioning about it.
Remember! It does not cost anything to be nice to other human being!
I got my ticket, so thats good. And bus ride was very good and on time. But no wifi in the bus, even though they advertised it in the bus ktel page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small bus station. There is paid toilet, €0.50.
And there is luggage storage for €2 a day (until 20:30 which is last bus departure time) - the boxes are roomy enough to fit two hand-luggage sized bags, but have one coin of €2 ready
