M	Melachrini Nikolopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα ένα δωρο το οποίο κοστίζε 90€ πήγαν να το αλλάξουν μετά από λίγες και κ πήραν κάτι που έκανε 80€ αλλά με εκπτωση κ δεν άφησαν να καλύψουν την διαφορά με ένα ζευγάρι κάλτσες κόστους 10€ με λίγα λόγια πήρα κάτι με 80€ κ τα 10€ ουσιαστικά χαθηκαν(αυτό σε αλλά καταστήματα δεν συμβαίνει) ειναι η πολιτική τους λέει Τι ωραία πολιτική συγχαρητήρια. Το πιο ευγενικό που μπορώ να πω είναι ότι είστε απαράδεκτοι... Δεν ειναι για τα 40 ευρω αλλα η κοροιδία, ας μου λεγανε οτι δεν εχουν σε αποθεμα τη φορμα που παρηγειλα. No relation to the color of the product I ordered in the photo, from the receipt I received. k	kostas rodopoulosk82 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ εκανα παραγγελια προιοντων .μετα απο μιαμιση εβδομαδα και εννοειται υστερα απο δικη μου επικοινωνια μου μεταφερθηκε πως δεν προχωρησε η παραγγελια γιατι δεν ειχε το κινητο μου [δεν υπαρχει τετοια περιπτωση το αμφισβητω 100%]. αμεσως στελνω το κινητο μου οπως ζητηθηκε.μετα απο επισης 3 ημερες επισης δεν πηρα παλι απαντηση. πιθανος με την εξυπηρετηση εχει τσακωθει ο τυπος. δεν εχει αναγκη να πουλησει. το απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση ειναι λιγο. I placed an order for products .after a week and a half and of course after my own communication I was told that the order did not go because he did not have my mobile phone [there is no such case, I dispute it 100%]. I immediately send my mobile phone as requested. after 3 days also I did not get a reply again. Probably the guy has a fight with the service. does not need to sell. the unacceptable service is a little.

M	Moe Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered size 42 they delivered 42.5 I called the shop and spoke to a Miss Papadopoulou she said it was their mistake but did no apologize she was extremely sarcastic and needs to be trained on customer service or vacate the job for someone more deserving who at least have some soft skills to serve a customer especially when you have done something wrong. She did not apologize and has left me even more disappointed and frustrated. AVOID THEM and buy from elsewhere plenty of shops selling shoes they dont deserve your money
