η εξυπηρετηση ειναι αψογη!!!!!! τα παιδια θα σου φερουν οτι θες να δοκιμασεις ....εχουν υπομονη και φυσικα πολυ καλες τιμες!!!!!!

Η ποιότητα υπερνικά και αυτό αποδεικνύεται .. μέχρι σήμερα επιλέγω μόνο cosmos Καλαμάτας. Αυτο έχει μεγάλη σημασία . Ευχαριστώ ?

Probably the motto of the store: "The client is always NOT right", "Client's money, not a relationship with him", "Customer problems are not our questions." Unwillingness of the management to communicate with the client: - waiting for a call from the store about the meeting initiated by the client - 2 weeks, - at the next visit to the store "there is no director" and only after the client's persistence, the management goes to the hall for communication. At the same time, I will note that they communicated with me tactfully. 3. I "gave" sneakers to the management of the store, because: - shoes have a defect leading to bleeding of the legs; - I was refused an exchange due to improper operation of the goods within 15 days provided by the legislation for exchange. The seller advised me to use it incorrectly. "I need a 100% guarantee to use these shoes for hiking in the mountains. Can I try the sneakers on the Kalamata embankment?" - "Yes, of course, only the first day a little bit, and then you can go a long distance." The question has been asked more than once. 4. My conclusion: - "Cosmos" store is NOT my store, and also NOT a store for my friends; - I will prepare documents for the trial with a lawyer, since the problem is not in money, but in relation to the client; - I will collect information about similar situations with other clients to combine efforts in the litigation. ____________________________________________________ 22.09.2020 I got a response from the store (2 weeks later). I cannot but answer it. 1. There was no need for me to hide something from the seller, since I have no problems with my legs. 2. I made a purchase only after I received a convincing answer from the seller that I could try sneakers on the embankment of Kalamata (the store, in response, says about using it on the ground with stones - where did they see it on the asphalted footpath of the embankment of Kalamata, I don't know? ) 3. The answer of the store does not admit the mistake of the seller and of course the buyer is wrong, including attributing slander to the buyer. So the conclusions of my review are correct.
