★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two days ago I asked for information on a trip to Chrissi from this tourist office, ALMA TOURS. The old man without hair, was very angry when I stopped him while watching football on the computer. I booked it out of another office. Very bad for them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a while enquiring about suitable trips to take from Agios Nikolaos with kids. Was sold a boat trip to Spinalonga which very specifically would include a stop off at a beach en-route. It didn't. Cue disappointed kids who couldn't cool off, stuck on a boat for the best part of 5hrs. Not the best way to waste valuable holiday time. Asked for our money back from the guy who'd mis-sold us the trip and he did everything he could to try not to give us a refund. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming family business. Rented a car from them and they offered so much information on where to go and what to do. We had a flat tyre on one of our adventure days, they efficiently found our location and changed the tyre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old chap in here told us we couldn't pay for our excursion to Spinalonga using a card and said to use the ATM outside to withdraw cash. This ATM is housed in the front of his store and charges €3 for a transaction. When I pointed this out he told my partner that all ATMs charge which is a blatant lie. The bank ATMs, of which there are many on nearby streets, do not charge. Nice little money-maker for him but very dishonest. We booked with a different tour company after this out of principle.

They were also very responsive to my messages as I had a question about an indication on the car's dashboard. I think the value you are getting for the price is perfect.

Car worked perfectly fine and the handing back was uncomplicated and fast.
