Very friendly and helpful in the Spa as well as the hotel.

The reason why I don't give 5 stars, the kids beds were very uncomfortable and I found the food expensive for what it was by the pool, also pool closing at 6:30pm was way too early. Breakfast food was very good but closes at 10am, could be a bit later.

The place is very well kept, rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is always welcoming and helpful and the breakfast buffet is top notch! The town of Almyrida is small and you can easily walk for a few minutes to various shops and local restaurants. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel, as we explored the area around the island, but there are many offered activities such as theme nights, bowling, pool table and a big library. The only remark I have is the description of the rooms in their website - we had booked a family room with sea view, but we got a side sea view instead. Their response was that all their family rooms are on that side of the hotel, which still means that they are not properly depicted upon booking. They moved us to a room with sea view 2 nights after our arrival, which was smaller than what we had reserved, but still very good. Overall I definitely recommend the hotel, it’s in a great location to see many of the beautiful spots in Crete!

Very clean, good choice for breakfast and evening buffet style meal is well prepared and a good, reasonable price if not on full- board. Plenty of good restaurants within a very short walk. The beach is pleasant and safe for swimming and paddling, just need to walk about a 100 metres either way.

Down side is very very quiet, which is lovely but little bit more greek dancing and music would be perfect if staff could be part of it. Magical and to all the staff mega thank you from. Wish they was working for me! 2. The cleaning. Everything was so nice clean! The room, facilities, restaurant, restrooms. Well done 3. Breakfast! Fresh orange juice, and everything else you can imagine 4. Rooftop bar. Try the spicy mango drink We will definitely come back!
