★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, perfect location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms fine and cleaned well. Loved the infinity pool. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Had a wonderful week on my first visit to Crete. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was great and really helpful, the food was excellent and drinks were amazing. But you have to pay for all drinks served during the dinner, even for the water. The rooms were poor :( To be honest, I wouldn't give it 4 stars. The bathroom was terribly designed - water kept flooding the entire bathroom while taking a shower. Designer's intent was to probably make a shower without a shower tray, but it didn't work. 10 seconds of showering and water was allover the place. So while using a hair dryer after taking a shower you are standing in water - not safe at all. Additionally - shower curtain kept sticking to my back. There is not enough space to even turn around without touching it - a bit disgusting. No privacy on the balcony - you could easily see, if you want, what your neighbor is doing on his bed. The walls are so thin that we could easily hear the baby screaming (oh gosh, every night!) or people having sex in the room next door. The location is perfect as a starting point for car trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute perfekt experience. If you wish for a quiet hotel with elderly inhabitants from UK, Scandinavia and slavic countries then this is the perfect hotel for you.
PS. The cleaning staff is beyond amazing and gives a perfect feeling, they leave no small detailes untouched.
