C	Christos Kats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε 5 βράδια. Υπέροχη θέα και τοποθεσία, το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικό, ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Αν ο δρόμος με ξαναφέρει Κύθνο σίγουρα θα έμενα ξανά! We stayed 5 nights. Great view and location, the room great, the owner friendly and helpful. If the road brings me back to Kythnos I would definitely stay again!

Ολοκαίνουριες εγκαταστάσεις, μεγάλοι χώροι με εκπληκτική θέα θάλασσα! Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω! I go to Kythnos almost every year and this accommodation was a very pleasant experience! Brand new facilities, large spaces with stunning sea views! The owner very kind and helpful! I will definitely prefer it again!

Από τις φωτογραφίες δημιουργείται η προσδοκία ότι η θέα των διαμερισμάτων είναι στη θάλασσα, δυστυχώς όμως η θέα στο πάνω διαμέρισμα που έμεινα είναι κατά βάση το κάτω διαμέρισμα. Το σοβαρότερο πρόβλημα ήταν η έντονη δυσοσμία στη βεράντα από το βόθρο,που παρά τη προσπάθεια για εκκένωση του μετά από αίτημα μου, παρέμενε μη ανεκτή, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε νά καθίσουμε στη βεράντα που θα πρέπει να είναι το βασικό προτέρημα των διαμερισμάτων. Δεν έγινε καμία καθαριότητα κατά τη διάρκεια της πενταημερης διαμονής μας, ενώ ακόμη και κατά την άφιξη οι λεκέδες στο κουβερλι του κρεβατιού, τα βρώμικα τζάμια και οι τρίχες έδιναν την αίσθηση υποτυπώδους καθαριότητας. Επίσης,παρ'ότι ομολογουμένως η κατασκευή και η διακόσμηση είναι υψηλών προδιαγραφών, ο περιβάλλων χώρος είναι εντελώς αδιαμορφωτος με έναν στοιχειώδη χωματινο δρόμο πρόσβασης με πέτρες που πιστεύω ότι δεν είναι κατάλληλος για συμβατικό αμάξι. Γενικά μια αξιόλογη προσπάθεια κατασκευής διαμερισμάτων, με ευγενικη πρώτη επαφή με τον ιδιοκτήτη, αλλά με ελλειπή διαχείριση και λειτουργία της επιχείρησης κατά τη διαμονή. Unfortunately disappointing accommodation experience. The photos create the expectation that the view of the apartments is to the sea, but unfortunately the view of the upper apartment I stayed in is basically the lower apartment. The most serious problem was the strong stench on the veranda from the cesspool, which despite the attempt to evacuate it at my request, remained intolerable, so we could not sit on the veranda which should be the main asset of the apartments. No cleaning was done during our five-day stay, and even on arrival the stains on the bed blanket, the dirty glass and the hair gave the feeling of substandard cleanliness. Also, although the construction and decoration are admittedly of a high standard, the surrounding area is completely unformed with a rudimentary dirt access road with stones that I believe is not suitable for a conventional car. Generally a remarkable effort to build apartments, with a polite first contact with the owner, but with poor management and operation of the business during the stay.
Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑ ΣΚΑΡΑΦΙΓΚΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ ΛΕΦΤΑ ΤΟΥ. Παρά την αρχική πολύ καλή επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση μετον ιδιοκτήτη (Νίκο) δημιουργήθηκαν προσδοκίες που σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίθηκαν με την πραγματικότητα. Από την πρώτη ώρα που μπήκαμε στο σπίτι η πολύ δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης της τουαλέτας ήταν διάχυτη σε όλο το σπίτι. Παρότι ειδοποιήσαμε για το θέμα δεν υπήρχε καμμία ανταπόκριση και καμμία επίλυση του θέματος, και η μόνη επίσκεψη του πατέρα του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν μια μέρα πριν φύγουμε προκειμένου να εισπράξει το υπόλοιπο ποσό της ενοικίασης. Η καθαριότητα στοιχειώδης.. υπήρχαν τρίχες των προηγούμενων ενοικιαστών στο πάτωμα του σαλονιού καθώς και τα παράθυρα τυπικά καθαρισμένα.Καθόλη τη διάρκεια των 4ων ημερών που μείναμε δεν υπήρξε παροχή καθαριότητας ούτε καν αντικατάσταση των πετσετών και σεντονιών. Η θέα βέβαια πολύ καλή καθώς και η κατασκευή και η διακόσμηση του σπιτιού. Την περίοδο που πήγαμε είχε πολύ ισχυρούς ανέμους με αποτέλεσμα το βράδυ να ακούγεται πολύ δυνατός ο ήχος του ανέμου (δεν φταίνε βέβαια οι ιδιοκτήτες για αυτό) και ο αέρας προκαλούσε ένα συνεχή και ενοχλητικό ήχο στον απορροφητήρα της κουζίνας.Περισσότερη φροντίδα του περιβάλλοντος χώρου θα αναδείκνυε καλύτερα και τις παροχές του σπιτιού. Σίγουρα δεν θα το σύστηνα και ούτε θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά. Κρίμα, γιατί οι ιδιοκτήτες μας ήταν ιδιαίτερα συμπαθείς και εξυπηρετικοί αρχικά και φαίνεται ότι έχουν επενδύσει στο συγκεκριμένο οίκημα χωρίς όμως να δίνουν την πρέπουσα φροντίδα και σημασία για την σωστή λειτουργία του. ΕΚΤΙΜΗΣΑ ΒΕΒΑΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΑ ΤΟΥ ΙΔΙΟΚΗΤΗ (ΝΙΚΟΥ) ΠΟΥ, ΕΠΕΙΤΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΑΝΑΡΤΗΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΔΥΣΑΡΕΣΚΙΑΣ ΜΟΥ, ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΗΣΕ ΜΑΖΙ ΜΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΝΟΝΤΑΣ ΜΑΣ ΕΝΑΛΛΑΚΤΙΚΕΣ ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ ΜΑΣ ΕΠΕΣΤΡΕΨΕ ΤΟ ΜΙΣΟ ΠΟΣΟ ΤΗΣ ΑΞΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗΣ ΜΑΣ. UNACCEPTABLE FOR HIS MONEY. Despite the initial very good communication and service with the owner (Niko) expectations were created that in no case did not meet reality. From the first hour we entered the house the very unpleasant smell of the toilet drain was pervasive throughout the house. Although we were notified about the matter there was no response and no resolution of the matter, and the only visit of the landlord's father was the day before we left in order to collect the remaining amount of rent. Cleanliness is essential .. there were hairs of the previous tenants on the living room floor as well as the windows formally cleaned. Throughout the 4 days we stayed there was no cleaning or even replacement of towels and sheets. The view is of course very good as well as the construction and decoration of the house. During the period we went there were very strong winds with the result that at night the sound of the wind is very loud (of course the owners are not to blame for this) and the wind caused a constant and annoying sound in the kitchen hood. More care of the environment would show better and home facilities. I certainly would not recommend it or visit it again. It is a pity, because our owners were very nice and helpful at first and it seems that they have invested in this house without giving the proper care and importance for its proper operation. I CERTAINLY APPRECIATED THE BEHAVIOR OF THE OWNER (NIKOS) WHO, AFTER THE POST OF MY DISSATISFACTION, CONTACTED ME WITH ME AND GAVE US A LIBRARY.

Συγκεκριμένα, είχαμε κλείσει 6ημερη διαμονή για τον Αύγουστο '22 τηλεφωνικά και ζητήσαμε 5 ημέρες περιθώριο για να οριστικοποιησουμε τα ακτοπλοϊκά και να πληρώσουμε. Επειδή μέχρι τη στιγμή της ανάρτησης τα ακτοπλοϊκά δεν ήταν καθημερινά για σύνδεση με τις υπόλοιπες Κυκλάδες, βρήκαμε πλοίο 1ημερα νωρίτερα και ζητήσαμε να μεταφέρουμε τη διαμονή κατά μία ημέρα νωρίτερα. Δεν δέχτηκε, παρότι είχε διαθεσιμότητα (προκύπτει και από το booking), γιατί όπως είπε "δεν τον συνέφερε, καθώς θα του έμενε ανοικιαστο για μία ημέρα". Του πρότειναμε να μοιραστούμε το κόστος της μιας ημέρας, και με απόλυτη απάθεια μας είπε ήνα δεχτούμε τις ημέρες που τον εξυπηρετούσαν ή να ψάξουμε αλλού. The owner of the accommodation is a cool professional who only pursues profit. Specifically, we had booked a 6-day stay for August '22 by phone and asked for a 5-day margin to finalize the ferry and pay. Because until the moment of posting the ferries were not daily for connection with the rest of the Cyclades, we found a ferry 1 day earlier and asked to transfer the accommodation one day earlier. He did not accept, although he was available (it also results from the booking), because as he said "it did not suit him, as it would remain unattended for one day". We offered him to share the cost of a day, and with utter apathy he told us either to accept the days that served him or to look elsewhere.

Large spaces for a family, fully furnished, quite, close proximity to Dryopida (a beautiful village. Possibly the most romantic on the island), but also to many beaches and to Kythnos hora. Also ideal for 2 families as there are 2 similar houses! We will definitely come back!
