Αποτελούν μέρος των εγκαταστάσεων της εταιρείας που είναι διάσπαρτα σε όλο το νησί και όπως όλα έχουν εγκαταληφθεί και καταρρέουν. Βρίσκονται ανάμεσα στη Δρυοπίδας και τις Λεύκες και είναι επισκέψιμα μέσω μονοπατιών. Τα κτίρια ονομάστηκαν Σπιτάρες από τους ντόπιους λόγω του μεγάλου μεγέθους τους σχετικά με τα υπόλοιπα κτίσματα του νησιού της εποχής εκείνης. These are the ruins of the administrative buildings of the company that had been exploiting the mines of Kythnos for about a century (mid 19th to mid 20th century) and belonged to Serpieri. They are part of the company's facilities that are scattered throughout the island and as all have been abandoned and collapsed. They are located between Dryopida and Lefkes and can be visited by footpaths. The buildings were named Spitares by the locals due to their large size relative to the other buildings of the island of that time.
