★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, βρήκαμε αυτό που θέλαμε και γρήγορα! Πολύ καλές τιμές και το προσωπικό πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει. Πολλά μπράβο στην κοπέλα που ασχολείται με το στήσιμο, εξαιρετικό!
 Excellent service, we found what we wanted and quickly! Very good prices and the staff willing to help us. Many thumbs up to the girl involved in the set up, great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση! Πήγα να αλλάξω ένα δωράκι στο κατάστημα Αγ.Σοφίας και με πρόσβαλαν!! Η 'κυρια' που εξυπητετούσε, αρχικά αναρωτήθηκε τι ακριβώς θέλω να αλλάξω (Της έδωσα τη σακούλα του μαγαζιού με το φορμάκι μέσα) και μόλις το έβγαλε το έπιασε με τα νύχια. Τη ρώτησα σαφώς, γιατί το πιάνει έτσι κ είπε πως είναι βρώμικο και μυρίζει!Με κόσμο μέσα στο μαγαζί,να δηλώνει πως βρωμάει ουσιαστικά αυτό που πήγα για επιστροφή,είναι απαράδεκτο!!! Το δωράκι ήταν απείραχτο,με την ταμπελίτσα του κ φυσικά αφόρετο!Αν πουλάτε τα προιόντα σας με λεκέδες,είναι δικό σας σφάλμα!!! Φροντίστε οι εργαζόμενοι σας,όπως η συγκεκριμένη κυρία που ήταν εξαρχής αγενέστατη, να ελέγχονται πριν προσλειφθούν!!!!!
Unacceptable service! I went to change a gift at the Agios Sofia store and they insulted me !! The 'lady' who was serving, initially wondered what exactly I wanted to change (I gave her the bag of the shop with the mold inside) and as soon as she took it off she grabbed it with her fingernails. I asked her clearly, why does she catch it like that and she said that it is dirty and smells! With people in the store, to state that what I went back to stinks actually stinks, is unacceptable !!! The gift was untouched, with its label and of course unbearable! If you sell your products with stains, it is your fault !!! Make sure your employees, like this lady who was rude from the beginning, are checked before they are hired !!!!!
