★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Η κυρία που μιλήσαμε δεν ήθελε να ασχοληθεί με την περίπτωση μου. Και μου έλεγε να πάω σε άλλη τράπεζα της alpha bank. Εν τέλη κάνει την διαδικασία της με προτροπή δική μου (σημειωτέον έφερνε σβούρες και να μου ξαναλέει να πάω σε άλλη τράπεζα). Όταν τελειώνει με τα χαρτιά μου την ρωτάω ο λόγος που μου ζητούσε να πάω αλλού. Γύρισε και μου είπε με ύφος εε τώρα να πας να κάνεις τι; αφού τα έκανα εδώ! Αν καταλάβατε εσείς πείτε μου.!!
Unacceptable behavior. The lady we spoke to did not want to deal with my case. And he was telling me to go to another alpha bank. Eventually she does the process at my own urging (noticeably she was spinning and telling me to go to another bank again). When she finishes with my papers I ask her the reason she asked me to go somewhere else. He came back and told me in style, eh, now what are you going to do? after I did them here! If you understood, tell me !!
