★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εξυπηρετούν με καμία κυβέρνηση. Μπηκα μεσα και με διώξανε γιατί θέλαν ραντεβού μετά απο 2 μέρες.
They do not serve with any government. I went in and they kicked me out because they wanted an appointment after 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάνοντας κατάθεση στο ΑΤΜ, δυσλειτουργησε και έκλεισε κρατώντας φυσικά τα χρήματα χωρίς να τα πιστώσει στον αντίστοιχο λογαριασμό. Όταν απευθυνθήκαμε στον προιστάμενο μας είπε ότι το ΑΤΜ (θα ανοίξει σε 2 μέρες !!!!!!!!) και τότε θα αναζητήσουν τα χρήματα και θα τα πιστώσουν. Και στην ερώτηση γιατί 2 μέρες να μου δεσμεύετε ένα σεβαστό πόσο (από δικό σας πρόβλημα) η απάντηση είναι : Έχουμε διαδικασίες δεν μπορούμε να ανοίγουμε το ΑΤΜ όποτε θέλουμε. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΑΠΛΑ
By making a deposit at the ATM, it malfunctioned and closed, of course keeping the money without crediting it to the respective account. When we addressed our boss he said that the ATM (will open in 2 days !!!!!!!!) and then they will look for the money and will credit it. And to the question why 2 days to commit to me a respectable how much (from your problem) the answer is: We have procedures we can not open the ATM whenever we want. JUST UNACCEPTABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving them four stars. As we opened a new bank account the staff could not have been more helpful, charming and committed to getting the job done even though all our information was American. It did take forever but what could have been enormously frustrating was actually fine.
