Δεν υπάρχει καμία συνεννόηση μεταξύ των διαφόρων υπηρεσιών της τράπεζας, το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα συχνά δεν λειτουργεί και ενδιαφέρονται μόνο για να παίρνουν χρήματα, δύο ημέρες να καθυστερήσει η εξόφληση δανείου και ξεκινάνε τα τηλέφωνα. Εξυπηρέτηση όμως καμία. Σε παράπονα και ερωτήματα δεν απαντούν ποτέ. Alpha is by far the worst of all banks. There is no communication between the various services of the bank, the electronic system often does not work and they are only interested in getting money, two days late in repaying the loan and the phones start ringing. But no service. They never answer complaints and questions.

Η υπάλληλος, ωστόσο (Δημοπούλου), πολύ ευγενική, καταρτισμένη και γρήγορη! Ένα αστεράκι για το κατάστημα, 5 για την υπάλληλο. Only one employee, other than cashiers, to serve the public. More than 1.5 hours to be served. The employee, however (Dimopoulou), very polite, trained and fast! An asterisk for the store, 5 for the employee.

Περίμενα 15 λεπτά για να εξυπηρετηθώ. Η υπάλληλος που περίμενα μου γνώρισε ότι δεν είναι καταρτισμένη στο αντικείμενο που την ρώτησα (ενώ μιλούσε ώρα με το σπίτι για να κανονίσει θέματα προσωπικά) και με παρέπεμψε σε δεύτερο υπάλληλο. Ο χρόνος αναμονής για να με εξυπηρετήσει ήταν 30 λεπτά. Σε παρελθούσα ερώτηση μου σε πόση ώρα θα εξυπηρετηθώ μου ανέφερε 15 λεπτά και δεν υπήρχε καμία αίσθηση ότι θα εξυπηρετηθώ. Αντιθέτως αναφέρθηκε ότι η διαδικασία που θα αιτηθώ θα πάρει 45 λεπτά. Και ερωτώ: Πότε θα αντιληφθούμε ότι ως υπάλληλοι προϊόν είναι και ο χρόνος αναμονής καθώς και εξυπηρέτησης. My critique is controversial. The staff would say that they may be polite but the response time is hopeless. I waited 15 minutes to be served. The staff member I was waiting for knew that she was not well versed in the subject I asked (while talking at home to arrange matters personally) and referred me to a second employee. The waiting time to serve me was 30 minutes. In my previous question how long I would be served he mentioned 15 minutes and there was no sense that I would be served. Conversely stated that the procedure will apply will take 45 minutes. And I ask: When do we realize that employees have both a waiting time and a service?
P	PRESTO ΤΑΠΗΤΟΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΤΗΡΙΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση κ ο χειρότερος διευθυντής που εχω δει σε κατάστημα της alpha ύφος κ εξυπηρέτηση κάτω του μηδενός.Δυστυχώς το μονο που έχω να πω ειναι οτι λυπάμαι γιατί τέτοια άτομα θα έπρεπε κανονικά να βρίσκονται σπίτι τους κ οχι να εξυπηρετούν πελάτες. The worst treatment and the worst manager I have seen in an alpha style store and service below zero. Unfortunately all I have to say is that I am sorry because such people should normally be at home and not serving customers.

A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Alpha Bank I have ever been too. Before you go take a patience pill because they will drive you insane. For every job that needs to be completed, they tell you that you need a different document every time you go. You need 3 visits to get a job done. But the worst part is they insinuate that you are crazy when they are disorganized and non service orientated. They are the rudest and most unhappy people I have ever met. I would not bank with Alpha if it wasn't that my employer works with them. Tragic branch.
