Γ.Ταπ.) είναι ευγενική, προσπαθεί να είναι παντού δίνοντας οδηγίες και λύσεις που οδηγούν σε άψογη και σχετικά γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. The store staff is willing to serve. The manager (Mr. G. Tap.) Is polite, she tries to be everywhere giving instructions and solutions that lead to impeccable and relatively fast service.

Τόσο η Διευθύντρια κα Ταπεινάκη, όσο και η κα Καλαβέσιου ασχολήθηκαν προσωπικά με τις ανάγκες της νέας μου επιχείρησης! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για κάποιον που θέλει γρήγορα και άμεσα αποτελέσματα! Excellent and very prompt service! Both the Director Ms. Tapinaki and Ms. Kalavesiou personally dealt with the needs of my new business! I highly recommend it for someone who wants fast and immediate results!

Έχουν κάνει και προώθηση σε κινητό, γιατί ξαφνικά ακούς "ο συνδρομητής που καλέσατε είναι κατειλημμένος". Δύο προσπάθειες, ίδιο αποτέλεσμα. Απαράδεκτο. You get on the phone to ask something, it rings two or three times and then they hang up. They have also promoted on mobile, because suddenly you hear "the subscriber you called is busy". Αλλάζω το αστέρι από 1 σε 3 λόγω της επικοινωνίας. --- 1 αστεράκι με πολύ αγάπη. Είχα κλείσει Alpha rendez-vous online, το καταστημα με κάλεσε το μεσημερι το αφησε να χτυπησει 3 φορές τυπικά για να φανεί στο σύστημα και αυτο ήταν. Το παρόν κατάστημα όπως και πολλά άλλα δεν ενδιαφέρονται για εξυπηρέτηση και απόκτηση νέων πελατών, απλώς πνίγονται μόνιμα μέσα στην πολύ δουλειά που έχουν λόγω κακής οργάνωσης και υποστελέχωσης. Θα έρθει η μέρα που οι ίδιοι υπάλληλοι σαν πελάτες πλέον θα προσπαθούν να εξυπηρετηθούν από αυτή ή και άλλες τράπεζες. Δεν παραλάβαμε ποτέ λογαριασμο! Αποτέλεσμα; Να μην μπορούμε να πληρωθούμε από εταιρικούς πελάτες εν έτη 2022! Τα χαρτιά ελεγμένα από το νομικό τμήμα όλα έτοιμα! Υπηρεσία που την διαφημιζει η συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα σε όλα τα κανάλια επικοινωνία της! Αλλά ο υπάλληλος επέλεξε να μας εκβιάζει και να επιμένει- μετά από 4 φορες που αρνηθήκαμε ευγενικά -πως αν δεν πάρουμε κάποιο ασφαλιστικό προϊόν, πως θα χτίσουμε σχέση ‘αν χρειαστούμε δάνειο ‘! Τραγικοί, προσβλητικοί, εν έτη 2022 δεν καταλαβαίνουν την δουλειά τους! Δεν αντιλαμβάνονται την οικονομική κατάσταση έξω! Χάσαμε μια μέρα από την δουλειά μας για πραγματικά απλά να μας εκνευρίσουν άνθρωποι με έλλειψη γνώσεων στο αντικείμενο! Σε κάθε κανάλι επικοινωνίας της τράπεζας θα γίνει παραπονο τεκμηριωμένο ώστε κάποια στιγμή ελπίζουμε να αλλάξει η κατάσταση! Έχει γίνει ήδη καταγγελία στο συνήγορο του πολίτη! Tragic situation! M	Marice Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online customer service is the wrose ever i hafe been charge for alpha bank fee 12 euros and i called to reported the had me more than 30 min waiting after to press to speak in english once i got assistance they told me they dont speak english and transfer again my call waiting 30 minutes more i am very disapointed with this bank also the same ATM got my card 3times inside and i am still waiting new one i has been reported the ATM i hope that the fixed it
