A	Anna Ivanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier services ever!!!! I always have problems when dealing with this company. Couriers bring wrong parcels. It's impossible to get there by phone, the phone number doesn't answer, never!!!! There's only one employee in the office and the line of people is like 50 miters. They don't even have a correct timetable im Google. I came because it says that they are open and have to wait 25 min.

They NEVER deliver a parcel to your home, even if you 've paid them to do so... 2.2 out of 5 is a lot for them. I wonder who put 5 stars. Probably the boss and his friends. I do NOT suggest ACS. If there is any other possible way to get delivered to your home what you want, do it. Προτείνω να κλείσει αυτή η εταιρία... Θα ήταν καλύτερο για όλους μας.
J	J. Karam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff is friendly, I faced dificulty in retrieving a parcel. We were not at home when ACS delivery person tried to deliver a parcel. They left a note giving the parcel number. I went to the local ACS office and was told it is not with them but in the central office. Then we phoned the central office which advised categorically that the parcel at the local office. Went again to the local office and it was not there. Not pleasant experience, to put it politely.
M	Mr. Pyro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees never pick up the phone I was waiting on the line for 22 minutes ... ugh please get a manager that's going to teach the employees how to treat clients ! From up close they were rude and sarcastic ... Hr manager where are you !
G	Gleb Andreev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! Waiting on the line forever to get any information. Tracking system is aweful. One week holding my order. Transporting it from Argyroupoli to Petrou Rally, then to Neo Smirni. Such unorganized company.
H	Helen Marie Joyce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give 0 stars! On the 15th I received a viber notification that my parcel will be delivered on the 16th. Upon receiving this information, on the same day on the 15th, I rearranged for an item to be delivered on the 17th through viber since on the 16th (when it was scheduled by their system), I could not be home. So i asked them to deliver it on the 17th, for which I got a confirmation through viber. However, the parcel turned up on the 16th and of course I was not home. I was called by the delivery person and I explained to them that I had asked for this to be delivered on the 17th because I knew I would not be able to be there on the 16th. He said OK. I waited at home all day on the 17th, no one showed up. I kept calling and calling their numbers, spending 2 HOURS waiting to get through, but nothing. I wrote them an email, explaining, again no reply. I finally reached someone on the phone after the 30th time I called and they said, "we will call you back". They never did. I need this parcel urgently and I have no idea where it is or if the company is going to deliver, or when.... Now it is the 20th and I have absolutely no idea about my parcel. Their online system still shows the last update as being on the 16th as non-delivered. I cannot reach them by phone to locate the parcel. Absolutely terrible. Avoid if possible.
D	Dawn Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the drivers are amazing however recently the driver who had been coming only rings the bell and runs away. Tried to resolve via the customer service route and they refuse to answer. Went to the store to collect my items and was advised they no longer have parcels there. Total shambles of an organisation. We have a lot of parcels and rather than have one driver deliver them we can have 2 different drivers or deliveries in one day. Better to use sendex or one of the other companies who actually want to deliver to you
K	Kasseri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. They are literally trying to find new excuses to delay the delivery. Also their phone number is there for nothing, because I went to their office yesterday and there was no telephone. They have delayed my package three times. You should avoid ACS at all costs... and specifically this one. DHL is a much better choice.
