★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst banking experience I have ever had, 1 hour and 10 minutes to start a simple payroll account in a building with almost no clients.
Their IT system failed multiple times and the whole procedure was a total bureaucratic and chaotic mess.
The employees insist on lying, in order to force you into buying premium products or AXA insurance, and won't service you if you don't, eventhough you are not obliged to do so.
