Αγενέστατοι υπάλληλοι και τρομερά ΑΔΙΑΦΟΡΟΙ!! Πήγε σήμερα η μητέρα μου, δεν τη δέχτηκε ο ταμίας και την έστειλαν στο μηχάνημα αφής. Ήταν ΜΟΝΗ της και πάλευε επί 30 λεπτά και δεν πήγε κανένας κοντά της για να τη βοηθήσει, μόνο ένας υπάλληλος από το γραφείο του, της έλεγε τι να κάνει. Όταν βγήκε έξω την έβρισαν χυδαία οι υπόλοιποι πελάτες που περίμεναν απ' έξω. Μακάρι να κλείσει αυτό το υποκατάστημα!!! Unfortunately there is no lower score to put, the only one that would be worth in this branch is below zero !! Most rude employees and terribly INDIFFERENT !! My mother left today, the cashier did not accept her and they sent her to the touch machine. She was ALONE and struggled for 30 minutes and no one came to her aid, only an employee from his office told her what to do. When she went out, she was rudely cursed by the other customers who were waiting outside. May this branch be closed !!!

M	Michalis Georgiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείστε αυτό το κατάστημα ή αλλάξτε υπαλλήλους επειγόντως. Μακράν η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω αντιμετωπίσει σε κατάστημα τράπεζας. Ο υπάλληλος στο γραφείο ακριβώς δεξιά από την πόρτα όπως μπαίνεις είναι αγενέστατος και ειρωνικός. Από την πρώτη στιγμή δεν ήθελε να κάνει τη δουλειά για την οποία πληρώνεται. Τόλμησα να ρωτήσω αν η ταυτοποίηση μπορεί να γίνει με το δίπλωμα αντί για ταυτότητα και με ειρωνεύτηκε ότι τον πέρασα για την Τροχαία. Νομίζω απλά ένα "Όχι" θα αρκούσε. Ξαναρώτησα πως μπορω να βγάλω μια νέα χρεωστική κάρτα διότι η προηγούμενη έχει λήξει και δεν έχω λάβει τη νέα. Όπως με ενημέρωσε "μαλλον δεν μιλάει καλά ελληνικά ή εγώ δεν καταλαβαίνω" γιατί είχε εξηγήσει ήδη τη διαδικασία (;). Όλα αυτά χωρίς να έχει προηγηθεί καμία άλλη συζήτηση με τον εν λόγω υπάλληλο και καταβάλλοντας τεράστια προσπάθεια να παραμείνω ευγενικός ως το τέλος. Δυστυχώς αυτά συμβαίνουν όταν σε μία απλή θέση τραπεζοϋπάλληλου νομίζεις ότι είσαι εξουσία. Δυσφήμιση μόνο και μόνο η ύπαρξη αυτού του καταστήματος. Close this store or change employees urgently. By far the worst service I have encountered in a bank branch. The clerk in the office just to the right of the door as you enter is rude and ironic. From the first moment he did not want to do the job for which he is paid. I dared to ask if the identification could be done with the diploma instead of an identity card and I was mocked that I passed it to the Traffic Police. I think just a "No" would suffice. I asked again how I can get a new debit card because the previous one has expired and I have not received the new one. As he informed me "he probably does not speak Greek well or I do not understand" because he had already explained the process (?). All this without any previous discussion with the employee in question and making a huge effort to remain polite until the end. Unfortunately this happens when in a simple position as a bank employee you think you are in power. The mere existence of this store is notorious.

Ταυτότητα..... Μαντάμ, χεσ'το "χρόνια πολλά" όμως τη λέξη ΚΑΛΗΜΕΡΑ δε σου την έχουν μάθει ποτέ????Όσο για τον "κύριο" εκεί μέσα ας το αφήσουμε καλύτερα.... Τώρα όμως ειλικρινά. Αυτά τα σχόλια τα λαμβάνει κανείς υπόψην του από την EUROBANK???? Δεν απαντάει το τηλέφωνο ποτέ και όταν πας εκεί σου λένε να πάρεις τηλέφωνο να κλείσεις ραντεβού. Απαράδεκτοι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι. The worst bank. I wonder why this store exists. The phone never answers and when you go there you are told to pick up the phone to make an appointment. All employees are unacceptable.
