★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο κατάστημα τράπεζας που έχω πάει...Πήγα να ανοίξω λογαριασμό,περίμενα τουλάχιστον μία ώρα και όταν πήγε 13:55 με ενημέρωσαν οτι δεν προλαβαίνουν να με εξυπηρετήσουν γιατί θα κλείσει το σύστημα στις 14:00 (Παρασκευή βλέπετε) και μου πρότειναν να πάω μια άλλη μέρα απο της 08:00 (η διευθύντρια του καταστήματος,για να μην πάρω κανέναν άλλο στο λαιμό μου),φαίνεται οτι για να ανοίξεις λογαριασμό στην Alpha bank χρειάζεται ένα εξάωρο...Το ίδιο ισχύει και αν θες να κάνεις κάτι στα ταμεία τους...Ευτυχώς που υπάρχουν και άλλες τράπεζες να κάνουμε τη δουλειά μας...Αν μπορούσα δεν θα έβαζα κανένα αστέρι...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θέματα με ραντεβού, σειρές κλπ που άλλα υποκαταστήματα τα έχουν λύσει από την αρχή της πανδημίας, στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα αποτελούν ακόμα και σήμερα άλυτα προβλήματα. Είναι εντυπωσιακό το πόσο άχρηστοι και ανίκανοι να κάνουν τα αυτονόητα είναι οι εργαζόμενοι εκεί. Πηγαίνετε οπουδήποτε αλλού....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τηλέφωνο, δεν εξυπηρετούν σωστά δεδομένου ότι δεν είναι επαρκώς κατατοπισμένο το προσωπικό. Κοινώς άλλα αντί άλλων - δεν βγάζεις άκρη. Λυπάμαι πολύ που κατά το παρελθόν επέλεξα να συνεργαστώ με το συγκεκριμένο πιστωτικό ίδρυμα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό δεν γνωρίζει τη δουλειά του. Παραπλανεί τον κόσμο με ψευδή πληροφορίες για να μπορέσει να "πουλήσει" απλά μερικές ασφάλειες. Ντροπή, γιατί μετά πρέπει οι πελάτες να μπαίνουν σε διαδικασία υπαναχώρησης.
