Δεν υπάρχει καμία συνεννόηση μεταξύ των διαφόρων υπηρεσιών της τράπεζας, το ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα συχνά δεν λειτουργεί και ενδιαφέρονται μόνο για να παίρνουν χρήματα, δύο ημέρες να καθυστερήσει η εξόφληση δανείου και ξεκινάνε τα τηλέφωνα. Εξυπηρέτηση όμως καμία. Σε παράπονα και ερωτήματα δεν απαντούν ποτέ. Alpha is by far the worst of all banks. Όταν ρωτησαμε μαζι με μια άλλη κυρία την υπάλληλο της τραπεζας, για να διευθετησει λίγο την κατάσταση το μονο που μας απάντησε ήταν "δυστυχώς". I waited in line with a baby in a stroller. Είναι απίστευτο το πόσο πολύ και για πόσο καιρό μπορεί η ανικανότητά τους σε συνδυασμό με το δαιδαλώδες γραφειοκρατικό σύστημα της alpha, να παιδέψει έναν επαγγελματία που προσπαθεί να κάνει απλά πράγματα, όπως έκδοση κάρτας και κωδικών ebanking. Την ίδια στιγμή που η διαδικασία αυτή σε ένα κατάστημα λίγο πιο περα τελείωσε επιτυχώς σε 20 λεπτά. Εκτός των άλλων, πήραν αποφάσεις κι έκαναν κινήσεις τις οποίες δεν είχαν δικαίωμα να κάνουν χωρίς την υπογραφή μου, για τις οποίες και θα ακολουθήσει αγωγή κατά της διευθύντριας μέσα στον επόμενο μήνα.
