Δυστυχώς όποιος μένει κοντά θα ξαναπάει αν έχει ανάγκη.εγώ σίγουρα δεν θα ξαναπάω.θα σας πω μόνο οτι καθ'όλη την διάρκεια του ραντεβού μιλούσε στο τηλέφωνο της και ένιωθα μια απαξίωση. Εγώ στην δική μου εργασία οφείλω να σέβομαι τον πελάτη.στην συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα δεν ξέρω τι έχει πάει λάθος.. Επειδή όμως όλοι κρινόμαστε, καλό θα ήταν να μην μιλάει στο τηλέφωνο προσωπικά εν ώρα ραντεβού και να μην γράφει στο κινητό της κάτω από το γραφείο ενώ ο πελάτης περιμένει Υπάρχουν κάμερες έτσι δεν είναι; Στα 35 ΄που ήμουν εκεί κατάφερε και παρέλαβε τα 4 δικά μου δικαιολογητικά για επικαιροποίηση και να δώσει κωδικό e-banking , την προθήκη ονόματος της κόρης μου δεν την ολοκλήρωσε, γιατί σε μια βεβαίωση στο 32' είδε ότι έλλειπε η σφραγίδα. Όταν επέστρεψα σε 10' για να την παραδώσω ολοκληρωμένη, δεν την παρέλαβε- ήθελε νέο ραντεβού με νέα παρουσία της κόρης μου η οποία είχε ήδη υπογράψει σε 3 σημεία. και τι έκπληξη!!!!!! δεν είχε διαθέσιμο ραντεβού.... Δεν πειράζει που δεν θέλετε πελάτες γι αυτό υπάρχουν οι άλλες τράπεζες....... To accept the style, to accept the rudeness, what to do, Mrs. K ..... has. H	HER LAM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24/6/2021 Είμαι έξω από το κατάστημα 13:58 και η πόρτα κλειδωμένη. Κουνάω χέρια και η γνωστή κυρία που αναφέρεται σε όλες τις αρνητικές κριτικές μου δείχνει το ρολόι... Μετά από 8 λεπτά βγαίνει άλλη υπάλληλος μου λέει τι περιμένετε έχουμε κλείσει. Το αυτόματο μηχάνημα ήθελα της λέω και μου απαντάει ότι το μηχάνημα κλείνει 14:00 και τώρα είναι 14:09 της απαντώ ότι εγώ ήμουν 13:58 και η πόρτα ήταν κλειδωμένη...με κοίταξε γυρνάει πλάτη και μου κλείνει την πόρτα... Πόση ξεφτίλα και αγένεια πλέον; Το κακό και αγενεστατο προσωπικό της εθνικής στη Θουκυδίδου επιτέλους πήρε πόδι μήπως ήρθε η σειρά και για την alpha bank; Εννοείται το 1 αστέρι μπαίνει γιατί δεν υπάρχει επιλογή για μηδέν... 24/6/2021 I am outside the store 13:58 and the door is locked. It is obvious Alpha Bank has issues in HR when they appoint people like this, in positions with responsibility. A very rude lady who is not fit for the job. Feel very bad for the senior citizens who have no other choice but accept this behaviour.
