F	Filippos Zariopis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση για εμπορικους λογαριασμους. Ο υπαλληλος πρωτα σου ανοιγει λογαριασμο και μετα σ ενεημερωνει οτι υπαρχουν χρεωσεις. Δεν εκδίδει καρτα για τον εμπορικο λογαριασμο λεγοντας οτι ειναι συνδεδεμενη με τον προσωπικο. Επρεπε να κατεβω 3φορες στην τραπεζα για τα σεταρω τα πιο απλα πραγματα που θεωρουνται δεδομενα με το ανοιγμα ενος λογαριασμου. Χρεωση για αντιγραφου κινησης λογαριασμου (1μηνα πισω) χωρις τη συγκαταθεση μου και με αξια καμια. Αν δεν ειχα συναλλαγες να τρεχουν τον εκλεινα χθες τον λογαριασμο. Unacceptable service for commercial accounts. The employee first opens an account for you and then informs you that there are charges. It does not issue a merchant account card saying it is affiliated with the staff. I had to go down to the bank 3 times to set up the simplest things that are taken for granted when opening an account. Charge for copy of account statement (1 month back) without my consent and with no value. If I did not have transactions to run I closed the account yesterday.

Για Αρση παρακρατησης κυριοτητας που παιρνει το πολύ μια εβομαδα με τραβανε ενα μηνα τωρα και δεν εχει γινει ακομα η δουλεια. Πηγε διακοπες λεει ο υπάλληλος και ερχονται οι ενημερώσεις μόνο στο δικό του email οποτε να περιμενω να γυρίσει... Τελικά αποφάσισε να συνεχίσει την άδεια... Απορώ, μια απο τις μεγαλύτερες τράπεζες της Ελλάδας το 2021 δεν εχουν ακούσει το Business Continuity??? Φευγει ενας υπάλληλος και μένουν όλα πίσω!!!! Αισχος και ντροπή (επιεικώς)! Μετα παραπονούνται που κλείνουν τα καταστήματα...! Αμην και πότε! να γίνουν όλα ηλεκτρονικά να ησυχάσουμε και να κάνουμε τη δουλειά μας χωρις αγανάκτηση.
