ΜΕτα από μια και μισή ώρα μια βαριεστημένη ανδρική φωνή μου λέει ότι ο Κος που ζήτησα λείπει …. Και όταν τον ρώτησα γιατί δεν σηκώνει κανείς το τηλέφωνο πάλι βαριεστημένος μου εξήγησε ότι έχουν πολλές απουσίες λαό πολλούς πελάτες και δεν μπορούν να είναι …. παντού !!!! ΥΓ Από Γαλλία τηλέφωνουσα όπου βρίσκομαι για πρωτόκολλο καρκίνου που δεν υπάρχει ακόμα στην Ελλάδα. Και το ήξεραν. ΜΗν βασίζεστε λοιπόν αν έχετε κάποιο επείγον θέμα. Ντροπή για ένα κράτος που ήθελε να Μπήλιου και στην ενωμένη Ευρώπη ! Very difficult to find an employee to answer your phone! After an hour and a half, a bored male voice tells me that the Mr. I asked for is missing…. And when I asked him why no one picks up the phone again bored he explained to me that they have a lot of absences folks a lot of customers and can not be…. everywhere !!!! PS I called from France where I am for a cancer protocol that does not yet exist in Greece. And they knew it. So DO NOT rely if you have an urgent matter. Είναι γνωστή η κατάσταση με τις τράπεζες και ιδίως με την Alpha Bank, αλλά στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ΕΧΕΙ ΠΑΡΑΓΙΝΕΙ ΤΟ ΚΑΚΟ. Μα καλά, δεν υπάρχει ένας διευθυντής της προκοπής εκεί πέρα να τους συμμαζέψει; Στα πόσα παράπονα θα καταλάβουν ότι απλά ο κόσμος ΔΕΝ ΓΟΥΣΤΑΡΕΙ να του συμπεριφέρονται σαν σ κ ο υ π ί δ ι ; Αυτοί χάνουν, περισσότερα από όσα θα κέρδιζαν αν δεν ήταν τόσο άσχετοι και ξινοί τεμπελχανάδες. Με άλλα λόγια, ΜΙΛΑΜΕ ΓΙΑ ΑΝΗΘΙΚΑ ΑΤΟΜΑ. Οι εμπειρίες των περισσοτέρων είναι χείριστες -όπως φαίνεται και από τις οργισμένες κριτικές εδώ-, αλλά δεν βάζουν μυαλό... I need to go ahead with a proceedure and my phone calls to the central Alpha or the emails...are not sufficient. Central Alpha told me that I have to call my bank b (N.Smirni) but no one replies in none of the three phones. I live abroad, in case I don't resolve the bext days...I'll close my account with alpha...it is useless for me this way!!!! Service sucks ...

They try to charge you an allowance package with the opening of a bank account and they characterise it as an automatic thing that has to be done when you open a bank account. They lie to you about the charging as it is not NECESSARY based on their website’s advertising. Specifically, the employee that undertook me was offensive, when I asked for more info about the extra charge she looked at me, laughed at my face and did not answer and was really ironic. After insisting to get more info about it, she THEN told me that I didn’t have to pay for the whole package. Later, she called her supervisor and both her and her supervisor were aggressively talking to me without the minimum professional respect.
