It is a great shame that they refuse to do anything without an appointment and bombard us to buy products. Away from alphabank they will never serve you an appointment for a change of identity after half a month. This does not happen in any other bank. Worse treatment by a public body.
Κ	Κλειώ Γκριν on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πείτε σε αυτούς που εξυπηρετούν τηλεφωνικά για τις κάρτες κλπ. Ότι είναι πιο άχρηστοι από περιτwμ@τ@ κότας. Παίρνεις τηλέφωνο, σε βάζουν στην αναμονή κι ύστερα από ένα τέταρτο αναμονής στο κλείνουν. Μη μου πείτε ότι χρεώνεται η αναμονή!! Παρακαλώ, αν το διαβάζει κάποιος αρμόδιος ας απολύσει τις "κυρίες" που δουλεύουν εκεί, γιατί δεν κάνουν καλά τη δουλειά τους κι είναι αγενέστατες. Και με το επίδομα του ΟΑΕΔ μια χαρά θα ζήσουν.... Tell those who call by phone for cards etc. That they are more useless than unnecessary chicken. You pick up the phone, they put you on hold and after a quarter of waiting they turn it off. Do not tell me that the wait is charged !! Please, if someone in charge reads it, let them fire the "ladies" who work there, because they do not do their job well and are very rude. And with the OAED allowance they will live fine ....

Περιμέναμε μέσα στον ήλιο μια ώρα για να έρθει η σειρά μας να μπούμε μέσα και ένας με γυαλάκια και γραβατούλα καραφλός ήταν όρθιος να τσεκάρει το πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού. Να βγει έξω να πει στον κόσμο «Δεν υπάρχει ταμείο όσοι περιμένετε για αυτό. Φύγετε!!» Ούτε καν! Μόνο περίμενε να μπούμε μέσα να μας ενημερώσουν. Τραγικοί όλοι σε αυτό το κατάστημα! Το άλλο κατάστημα στη μαρίνα Ζέας που με έστειλαν ΚΑΜΙΑ ΣΧΕΣΗ! Πρόγραμμα, συντονισμός. Μου κάθεστε στα γραφεία και εξυπηρετείτε σε ρυθμούς χελώνας. Τα είπα και εδώ για την ταλαιπωρία. Βλέπω όμως και άλλοι έχουν πέσει «θύματα» του συγκεκριμένου υποκαταστήματος. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ!!! Tragic! We waited in the sun for an hour for our turn to come in and one with glasses and a caramel tie was standing to check the vaccination certificate. To go out and tell the world "There is no fund for those who wait for this. Leave !! " Not even! Just wait for us to come in to let us know. Tragic everyone in this store! The other store in Zeas marina that sent me NO RELATIONSHIP! Schedule, coordination. You sit at my desks and serve at turtle rhythms. I told you here about the inconvenience. But I see others have fallen "victims" of this branch. TRAGIC !!!
K	Konstantinos Kontos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πλέον αγενής συμπεριφορά που έχω συναντήσει ποτέ σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα στην Ελλάδα, τραπεζικό ή μη. Απαντούν σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση με απότομο, αυστηρότατο και κοφτό τρόπο σαν να είναι αναγκασμένοι ή σου κάνουν την υπερ-μέγιστη χάρη. Μην κανείς το λάθος να ρωτήσεις οτιδήποτε δεύτερη φορά… Ελλιπή πληροφόρηση πριν από το ραντεβού οδήγησε σε πολύ μεγάλη χρονική καθυστέρηση και αντί να απολογηθούν γιατί δεν είχαν ενημερώσει, ζήτησαν και ευθύνη. Είμαι βέβαιος ότι δεν φταίνε οι υπάλληλοι - «συγχαρητήρια» σε όποιον τους έχει καθοδηγήσει σε αυτή τη νοοτροπία. The most rude behavior I have ever encountered in any store in Greece, banking or not. They answer any question in a sharp, stern and sharp way as if they are forced or do you the utmost favor. Do not make the mistake of asking anything a second time… Incomplete information before the appointment led to a very long time delay and instead of apologizing for not informing, they demanded responsibility. I'm sure the employees are not to blame - "congratulations" to anyone who has guided them to this mentality.
