Unacceptable treatment by the worst bank in the country. Endless queues, torment of people in the sun and employees zodiac signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με την Εθνική τράπεζα είναι η πρώτη φορά που ανοίγω λογαριασμό γενικά εν τω μεταξύ. Τα 5 αστερια για το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και πιο συγκεκριμένα για τον κ.Κατσουλακη, ο όποιος και τηλεφωνικά και από κοντά ηταν άψογος και πάνω απ όλα ανθρώπινος στην εξυπηρέτηση,συγκρινοντας(και μη) πρόσφατες επαφές με υπαλλήλους άλλων τραπεζών.
With the National Bank it is the first time I open an account in general in the meantime. The 5 stars for the specific store and more specifically for Mr. Katsoulakis, who by phone and up close was impeccable and above all human in service, comparing (and not) recent contacts with employees of other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνέχεια κάποιο πρόβλημα έχουν και δεν μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν το κοινό. Δεν σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα.Γενικα δεν έχουν διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν τους πελάτες.
They always have a problem and can not serve the public. They do not pick up the phones. They are generally not in the mood to serve customers.
