I have not found anyone on the phone for 3 days, and the number of times I have passed by the queue is huge.

ΜΟΥ ΖΉΤΗΣΑΝ 8€ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΊΑ!!!! rude staff, no control over sanitary measures, indifference to the customer. I have a deposit account and I asked to receive an update via e-banking. THEY ASKED ME 8 € FOR THE SERVICE !!!!
V	Vicky Mpeskou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάνεις και ποτέ δεν σηκώνει το τηλέφωνο.αναγκαστηκα να πάω από κοντά όλο το κατάστημα λειτουργεί με 3 υπάλληλους εκ των οποίων μόνο η διεύθυντρια ήταν καταρτισμένη απάνω στα τραπεζικά ζητήματα. Αγενεστατος ο ένας υπάλληλος προς έναν ηλικιωμένο άνδρα που ήθελε να πληρώσει το εφκα, αλλά ο υπάλληλος δεν γνώριζε πως. You do and never pick up the phone. I had to go close the whole store operates with 3 employees of which only the manager was trained on banking issues. An employee was very rude to an old man who wanted to pay the efka, but the employee did not know how.

Το προσωπικό είναι σε έλλειψη και αδιαφορεί για τον συντονισμό των πελατών. Δεν θέλουν όλοι οι πελάτες ταμείο , άλλοι εξυπηρετούνται από τα μηχανήματα "Κέντρο Αυτομάτων Συναλλαγών" , άλλου ραντεβού κτλ. Δυστυχώς το προσωπικό επιδεικνύει αδιαφορία που θυμίζει δημόσιο φορέα εποχής 80s. Όταν μια φορά την εβδομάδα υπάρχει άνθρωπος από εταιρεία security όλα βαίνουν καλώς.
