The worst customer service. The employee is not aware of her job and too rude!

The worst bank service. Better close it or change employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή κ εξυπηρετική υπάλληλος στο γραφείο για να επανεκδόσω την κάρτα αναλήψεων μου. Απίστευτα γρήγορη κ την πήρα αμέσως στα χέρια μου την κάρτα μέσα σε 10 λεπτά!!!!!!!!!!!
Very good and helpful employee in the office to re-issue my withdrawal card. Incredibly fast i took my card right in 10 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γι'αυτό η αξιολόγηση είναι τόσο χαμηλά.Αλλα για τις τράπεζες ισχύει το αντίθετο.Οσο χαμηλότερη βαθμολογία έχουν τόσο καλλίτερα .......κάνουν τη δουλειά τους .Αλεξίου Μαρκοπουλο.Δεκανεας προ 50 χρόνων.Αγενεστατας,ειρωνας ,ύφος δημοσ.υπαλληλου στην επαρχία του '70.ΜΗΔΕΝ με τόνο.
That is why the rating is so low. But for the banks the opposite is true. The lower the rating they have the better ....... they do their job. Alexiou Markopoulos. Dean 50 years ago. Most rude, ironic, public style. employee in the province of '70 .ZERO with tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο κύριος Αλεξίου (διευθυντής του υποκαταστήματος) δεν μπορεί να διευθύνει και να συντονίσει την ομαλή ροή της λειτουργίας του καταστήματος. Ο υπάλληλος του ταμείου είναι αργός, οι αρμοδιότητες κάθε εργαζόμενου ακαθόριστες προς το κοινό (με αποτέλεσμα την σύγχυση του κοινού), οι ουρές προς ταμεία και γραφεία αχανείς και δίχως ξεκάθαρη προτεραιότητα (δυστυχώς αν είσαι γνωστός έχεις προτεραιότητα ακόμα και στην τράπεζα).
Mr. Alexiou (branch manager) cannot manage and coordinate the smooth running of the store. The employee of the fund is slow, the responsibilities of each employee indefinable to the public (resulting in confusion to the public), queues to funds and offices are immense and with no clear priority (unfortunately if you know you even have a bank priority).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δέν υπάρχει parking ούτε σε απόσταση 500μ και το ATM είναι συντονισμένο να δουλεύει πάααααραααα πολύ αργά!!!
Εντός , υποστελεχωμένο και κάποιοι υπάλληλοι συμπεριφέρονται λές και είναι σπίτι τους! κλασσικά ο νεότερος στο ταμείο καινοί υπόλοιποι πάνε -έρχονται έτσι για να πιάσουν τα 10000 βήματα για το ρόλογάκι τους -όταν είναι μέσα στο κατάστημα!!!!!

Inside, understaffed and some employees behave as if it is their home! Classically the youngest at the checkout new ones go - they come like this to catch the 10000 steps for their watch - when they are in the store !!!!!
