★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για μια ακομα φορα η AlphaBank αποδεικνυει ποσο κακο customer service εχει. Περιμενα στο τραγικο εδω και χρονια απο αποψη εξυπηρετησης υποκαταστημα Παλληνης για 20 λεπτα στην ουρα. Με αλλους 8. Απο την στιγμη που μπηκα μεχρι την στιγμη που σηκωθηκα και εφυγα χωρις να εξυπηρετηθω η ουρα δεν ειχε προχωρησει ουτε κατα 1 ΠΕΛΑΤΗ! Μια ταμιας ταλαιπωρη.
Καθε χρονο αυτο το υποκαταστημα γινεται και χειροτερο. #worstcustomerservice #alphabank
 For one more time, AlphaBank has proven to be a bad customer service. I was waiting for the tragic here and years of service branch of Pallini for 20 minutes in the queue. With others 8. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλό Κατάστημα δεν ξέρω γιατί αλλά τυχαίνει να έχει πάντα πολύ εξυπηρετικούς Υπάλληλους πάντα με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη έτοιμοι με υπομονή να σε βοηθήσουν όσο το δυνατόν να βρεις λύσει στα προβλήματα σου!
Very Good Shop I don't know why but it happens to always have very helpful Employees always with a smile on their lips ready to patiently help you find the solution to your problems!
