ΓΙα να μπεις στο κατάστημα θες 1 ώρα αναμονή. EmaiL δεν έχουν. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ Tragic. They have not picked up the phones for 10 days. I have made an application for which I have paid 40 € and I can not even know what is happening. To enter the store you need 1 hour wait. EmaiL do not have. TRAGIC

Το κλείσιμο του υποκαταστήματος στην Κλεισθένους και οι πολιτικές covid έχουν οδηγήσει σε τραγική κατάσταση το υποκατάστημα αυτό. Unacceptable expectations and time for appointments. The closure of the branch in Kleisthenous and the covid policies have led to a tragic situation for this branch.

Προσπαθώντας να αποφύγεις αυτο λες θα κλείσω ραντεβού. Έτσι νομίζεις γατακι.. ποιος δημοσιος αρχιτσουγκρανιστης πιστευεις οτι θα σηκώσει τηλέφωνο?? 2 μέρες σερι να καλείς, μη σου πω τι θα πάρεις.. τπτ το μαγαζι είναι για λιθοβολισμό με το διευθυντή δεμενο απέξω! The shop for burloto and believe me I am very forgiving. people wait for the cold or heat for hours to be served. Trying to avoid this, you say I will make an appointment. So you think kitten .. which public urchin do you think will pick up the phone ?? 2 days in a row to call, do not tell you what you will get .. tpt the shop is for stoning with the manager tied outside!

Εν τέλη έκανα κακη κριτική και μετά από δύο μέρες πήγα χωρίς ραντεβού στο κατάστημα . Με εξυπηρέτησε ο διευθυντής του καταστήματος, ήταν ευγενέστατος και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικος. Κατάλαβα πως δεν φταίνε εκείνοι ούτε για τις ουρές απ έξω και ούτε στα αναπάντητα τηλεφωνήματα μας ! Τα μέτρα του κοβιντ φταίνε που μας έχουν κάνει έτσι! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σας !! Καλή χρονιά Τελικά απλά πρέπει να δείχνουμε κατανόηση μερικές φορές !! I happened to try and contact them for 2 weeks without any response. In the end I made a bad review and after two days I went to the store without an appointment. The manager of the store served me, he was very kind and very helpful. I realized that they are not to blame either for the queues from outside or for our unanswered phone calls! It's the fault of Covind's measures that they have done this to us! Thank you very much for your prompt service !! Happy New Year Finally we just have to show understanding sometimes !!
D	Dimitri Genovas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch of the company. Samos and Thessaloniki are way better and more hospitable. No one knows their job here and very rude. One person was asking another . This location needs training and new people brought in . The branch manager actually told me that she did not like my attitude after asking a simple question . I arrived at 1pm and it was 1:40pm, I can tell they wanted to leave on time at 2pm and did not want to handle anything complicated . The only reason I keep my money with them is because I have it attached with my mothers account and in Samos they are super friendly . Gerakas branch is simply horrible and very bad customer service . Do not open a account here . You will be terribly disappointed.
