Τα τμήματα λειτουργούν με πολύ λίγα άτομα και έτσι ο γυμναστής μπορεί να εστιάσει στον κάθε αθλούμενο. Επιπλέον, είναι το πιο καθαρό γυμναστήριο που έχω πάει ποτέ, μετά το τέλος της κάθε προπόνησης απολυμαίνουμε ο,ποιο αντικείμενο έχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, δεν έχω ούτε ένα αρνητικό σχόλιο!? The trainers and staff are always willing to help you with anything you need. Επίσης μου αρέσει πολύ η ιδέα της εφαρμογής για την οργάνωση των ραντεβού κ η υπενθύμιση ? Very clean space, friendly and pleasant environment! The groups are small and I always find appointments! Κατά αρχήν από την γραμματεία μέχρι και τους coaches , είναι όλοι τους άψογοι . 1) Δεν υπάρχει μέρα που η γραμματεία να μην σε εξυπηρετήσει με τον καλύτερο τρόπο & κυρίως με το χαμόγελο. 2) Οι coaches είναι γνωστες του αντικειμένου , σε ενημερώνουν για το τι θες εσυ για τον οργανισμό σ, / λες και εσυ τι θες για το σώμα σ, και καταλήγεις σε ένα άκρως ορθό πρόγραμμα 3) Η καθαριότητα κι η οργάνωση στο χώρο είναι απο τα πιο σημαντικά που θα σε τραβήξουν 4) και το πιο σημαντικό για εμένα είναι ότι σε βλέπουν σαν άνθρωπο και όχι σαν άτομο που απλά θα κάτσει max 1 (το πολύ 1.30)ώρα θα κάνει την γυμναστική του και θα φύγει! Προσωπικό άρτια καταρτισμένο, με τη δυνατότητα προσαρμογής του προγράμματος γυμναστικής ακριβώς στα μέτρα σου, λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν πάντοτε τις όποιες δυσκολίες μπορεί να αντιμετωπίζει το σώμα σου. O	Olga Tsaroucha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από τις κοπέλες στην γραμματεία! Οι χώροι είναι πολύ καθαροί και τηρούνται στο ακέραιο οι διαδικασίες για τον COVID. Οι προπονητές είναι ενημερωμένοι και βοηθούν πολύ στην σωστή εκτέλεση του ασκησιολόγιου. Very good service from the girls at the secretariat! Πρέπει να γνωρίζεις μία με δύο βδομάδες από πριν, το προσωπικό σου πρόγραμμα για να μπορείς να προγραμματίσεις ραντεβού (αναφέρομαι για τα απογευματινά). Μέσω εφαρμογής μπορείς να κλείσεις μέχρι 3 ραντεβού. Διαφορετικά καλείς στη γραμματεία για να στο περάσουν. Τις ώρες 18:00 - 21:00 πολύ δύσκολα βρίσκεις ραντεβού. Ακατόρθωτο. Personal δεν είναι τα μαθήματα και ούτε εξατομικευμένα. Όλοι το ίδιο. Το Group που γίνεται με 3 άτομα είναι 30 λεπτών. Γίνεται rotation και για τους επόμενους. Όργανα δεν υπάρχουν για γυμναστική για να κάνεις κάποιος εκτός προγράμματος. Διακρίνω φιλότιμο και ευγένεια στους γυμναστές, αλλά λόγω όγκου, ωραρίων και φόρτου χάνεται το γυμναστικό σκέλος. Ενδεχομένως σε άλλη περιοχή να είναι καλύτερα αν συνδυαστεί και με ελεύθερα βάρη. Μεγάλο πρόβλημα με τη στάθμευση. Για την ώρα λύνεται παρκάρωντας στο δημοτικό που είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Στα θετικά οι κοπέλες στην εξυπηρέτηση και οι καθαριότητα του χώρου. Δεν θα το ξανα επιλέξω λόγω αναλογίας κόστος/με αυτό που προσφέρουν. 90e a lot for availability.
