★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήμουν από αυτούς που πήγαινα 1-2 μήνες γυμναστήριο και μετά έβρισκα δικαιολογίες να μην πηγαίνω. Ε, από τότε που πήγα στο Θοδωρή απλά ανυπομονώ για την επόμενη προπόνηση!
Να αναφερθεί επίσης πως ότι πρόβλημα είχα από την καθιστική ζωή (μέση, γόνατο κλπ), με τις κατάλληλες ασκήσεις που μου έβαζε εξαφανίστηκαν οι πόνοι.
