★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice boutique hotel with friendly people running it. It is situated in the main square of Nafpaktos a big advantage if you want to be in the middle of the town. Nevertheless, breakfast is poor without many thing and sometimes even some of them are missing. Also, wifi is not really working.

The location, the room, the bed, the breakfast (with many tasty small details), the very friendly people... everything was excellent and made the few days in Nafpaktos an unforgetable holiday. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful boutique hotel in fabulous location. Owner (Villi) was superb. If you are going to Nafpaktos this is the place to stay. Room was spotless with sea views and fantastic rooftop bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despicable service, if not the worst I have encountered. We ordered at 9:40 pm, my friend received her dinner at 10:00 pm, waited patiently for our meal to arrive as well, until we urged her to eat her cold dinner at 10:30. We asked to speak with the manager, as we had yet to receive our order, to which he nonchalantly responded with a "there is nothing that can be done." Our meal arrived at 11:00 pm. Shockingly rude, highly unprofessional, and most definitely not worth the wait. They are in desperate need of a course in customer service.
