Μ	Ματθίλδη Μιχαλοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικό προσωπικό αλλά πολύ αργό σέρβις. Τόσα τραπέζια και σε high season μέρες, μόνο 2-3 άτομα για το σέρβις. Είχαμε μεγαλύτερες προσδοκίες για τα φαγητά. Από τη σαλάτα έλλειπε συστατικό το οποίο γραφόταν στο μενού και η απάντηση από το προσωπικό, ότι μπορεί να τελείωσε από τη κουζίνα Polite staff but very slow service. So many tables and on high season days, only 2-3 people for service. We had higher expectations for the food. The salad lacked an ingredient that was written on the menu and the answer from the staff, that it may have run out of the kitchen

Π	Παναγιωτης Κοκκινος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω ξαναδεί πιτσαρία μετά από 1 ώρα που έχεις παραγγείλει πίτσες,μετά απο κράτηση κιόλας,να σε ενημερώνουν ότι τελείωσαν τα ζυμαράκια!!!Το μόνο που μας είχαν φέρει στην παρέα ήταν τα ποτά,που ούτε καν την ευγένια να μας κεράσουν δεν είχαν.....Απαράδεκτοι απλά!!! I have never seen a pizzeria after 1 hour that you have ordered pizzas, after booking, to inform you that the pastries are over !!! The only thing they had brought us in the company were the drinks, which they did not even have the kindness to treat us ..... Just unacceptable !!!

Το φαγητό μετριο και συγκεκριμένα η πιτσα 8αρα σε μέγεθος με ένα τυρί σαν γάλα με αρκετά σημεία ακάλυπτα απο τυρί όπως και ήταν πολυ λιπαρη.. Μακαρόναδα φουρνου απλή μετρία , μικρό μέγεθος και η σαλάτα επίσης μικρή σε μέγεθος.. Σε γευση όλα πολυ μετρια. Service μετριο και κουζίνα πολυ αργή με γεμάτο μαγαζι. Οι τιμές απαράδεκτες για την επαρχία... Πίτσα 8αρα σπεσιαλ 11€...σαλατα σεφ 7€... Πληρώνεις την τοποθεσία μάλλον(;) Είχε αρκετό κόσμο και αναμονή κανένα 10λεπτο. Πραγματικά απογοητευτικά... Υπάρχουν καλυτερες πιτσαριες στην Ναυπακτο.. Δε θα ξαναπάω αν και στο παλαιο μαγαζί πηγαινα συχνά! Απογοητευτήκαμε πολυ.... Unfortunately I had the experience of the old store and I had other expectations ... The food is mediocre and specifically the pizza 8ara in size with a cheese like milk with several points uncovered by cheese as it was very fatty .. Baked pasta simple medium, small size and the salad also small in size .. In taste all very mediocre. Service mediocre and kitchen very slow with full shop. The prices are unacceptable for the province ... Pizza 8ara special 11 € ... salad chef 7 € ... Do you pay for the site rather (?) It was quite crowded and waiting no more than 10 minutes. Really disappointing ... There are better pizzerias in Nafpaktos .. I will not go again even though I used to go to the old store often! We were very disappointed ....
Δ	Δημητρης Παπαιωαννου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά που κάνω κριτική (θετική ή αρνητικη) αλλα δεν μου εχει συμβει ποτε κατι παρομοιο. Επισκεφθηκαμε το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί 6 άτομα με κράτηση 22.15. Φτάσαμε στην ώρα μας και μετά από κανένα 20λεπτο παραγγείλαμε 4 πίτσες, 2 ορεκτικα (2 ψητές πατατες) 1 Ceasars, 2 μπυρες και 1 κόκα κόλα. Μετά από 40 λεπτά , και ενώ είχαμε αρχίσει να παραξενευομαστε για την καθυστέρηση καθώς δεν είχαν έρθει ούτε τα ορεκτικά, μας ενημερώνουν ότι δεν έχουν ζύμη για πίτσες. Η πιτσαρία δεν είχε ζύμη για πίτσα!!!! Το εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι μας το είπαν 1 ώρα μετά την άφιξη μας και μάλιστα μας χρέωσαν τις δύο μπυρες και τη μια κόκα κόλα . ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! This is the first time I have criticized (positive or negative) but nothing like this has ever happened to me. We visited this store 6 people with a reservation of 22.15. We arrived on time and after no more than 20 minutes we ordered 4 pizzas, 2 appetizers (2 baked potatoes) 1 Ceasars, 2 beers and 1 Coca Cola. After 40 minutes, and while we were starting to wonder about the delay as the appetizers had not even arrived, they inform us that they have no pizza dough. The pizzeria did not have pizza dough !!!! The impressive thing is that they told us 1 hour after our arrival and in fact they charged us two beers and one Coca Cola. UNACCEPTABLE !!!

Φτάσαμε στις 22.12 και στις 22.35 παραγγείλαμε 1 σαλάτα, 2 πατάτες φούρνου, 4 πίτσες, 2 μπύρες και 1 coca-cola. Μας έφεραν τα ποτά αμέσως και στις 23.15 μας ενημέρωσαν οτι τελείωσαν τα ζυμαράκια. 40' αφού παραγγείλαμε και χωρίς μέχρι τότε να μας έχουν φέρει κανένα ορεκτικό. Και φεύγοντας πληρώσαμε και τα ποτά, τα οποία υποτίθεται οτι πήραμε να πιούμε με το φαγητό. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΟΙ. Έχουμε εξοχικό στην περιοχή και το είχαμε επισκεφθεί 2-3 φορες. Ποτέ ξανά. We made a reservation for 6 people at 22.15 (in a pizzeria 6 people means that you will eat 3-4 pizzas when you expect the corresponding demand). We arrived at 22.12 and at 22.35 we ordered 1 salad, 2 baked potatoes, 4 pizzas, 2 beers and 1 coca-cola. They brought us the drinks immediately and at 23.15 they informed us that the pastries were over. 40 'after we ordered and without until then they have brought us no appetizer. And leaving we paid for the drinks, which we supposedly got to drink with the food. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΟΙ. We have a holiday home in the area and we had visited it 2-3 times. Never again.

We have been waiting for over an hour for our food to be served (still, here waiting...). The starters were good, but not amazing to be worth of this awful service. Update: after waiting 30 more minutes we cancelled our order and they charged us the food served. No apologies at all given. Definitely, AWFUL service.
