This was our first time staying in Mykanos and we chose to stay at Amazon Hotel due to their excellent reviews - we where not disappointed to say the least, the reviews lived up to their expectations and beyond. Upon check-in we where greeted very welcomingly with extremely friendly staff and -and kind manager - Vasili. We where welcomed with cold drinks and some refreshment’s. We arrived 2 hours earlier then our check-in time and where expecting to wait a while, however the concierge staff checked us in our room within 15 minutes. The rooms where beautifully presented, and the views are something out of this world, especially the sunset scenes in the restaurant area - probably the best we have seen in the whole of Greece. The restaurant and bar staff are extremely friendly too - Kristina was absolutely amazing, and is so eager to help! She even took some great pictures of us by the sunset. Overall, a great experience, well done to Vasili and team they went out they’re way to make this stay extremely special for us, we have stayed all over the world Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore but the service of this hotel was arguably the best - they take great pride in customer service and make the customers problems their own. Their breakfast is amazing too btw, quality food! George our driver was also great and made sure we arrived to the Port on time - a great experience, and we strongly recommend this the only 5 start hotel to stay in Mykanos.

Firstly I do not usually right reviews however this was an experience I would never forget. I felt a warm friendly welcome as soon as I entered by Anastasia who had great knowledge of the hotels background, a friendly smile and shining positive vibes. The team treated my family like there own with no rush and plenty of experienced skilled staff. I have to also mention Jason who I built a beautiful connection with, never to forget. The service which we received was unbelievable. Take this review as you wish, the beautiful aesthetics of the hotels interior is stunning and big spacious rooms but for me the positivity and vibe of the hotel and service was outstanding. We were recommended this hotel by our friends that stayed there in late May. It is a brand new resort located in Agios Ioannis which is quiet area but only a 10 minute ride from the city center. From the second you enter you can smell the luxury around you and you can’t take your eyes of the beautiful decoration of the reception! We checked in early which was great since we were tired from the trip, the room was beautiful, clean and with all the amenities that we needed! We had the superior sea view suite with an infinity private pool which offers stunning sea view, we did not want to leave our room!! Food was also great, there was a great variety at breakfast, we ordered sushi & cocktails at our sunbeds and it was delicious. The highlight of this hotel above all is it’s staff, they are friendly, accommodating and always there to assist you and genuinely wanting to learn about your day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, we cannot wait to return!

The hotel was very nice with the best sceneries in Mykonos. The staff were great and organized most of the trips and destinations and were very helpful which gave a lot of ease to us in the trip and helped us enjoy the island.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel ! A big shoutout to the hotel manager who helped us find our luggage that were delayed. The staff was great, what a view from our room and delicious breakfast. Would love to come back!

People here know what hospitality is. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by a very nice driver, who generously offered us two bottles of perrier. Upon our arrival at the Hotel, we were welcomed with two glasses of champagne and local chocolates, checking in gazing at the amazing views from the balcony. We were escorted in the room by Anastasia, a friendly hostess who made sure we had everything we asked for. The cocktails at the pool prepared by Tasos were tasty and the sushi at the dinner restaurant was one of the best we have tried. We will be back for sure

We had a room with private pool and it was absolutely beautiful! The resort itself was also very nice and clean. There were just a few points that could still improve. We had a lot of power loss in the room. Not sure if this is a problem from the island or the hotel. It would only be for a short time so it wasn’t a big problem. The breakfast was good, very wide selection of food! On the first day we could just grab our food as normal, but the day after that we were told to wear a mask and the day after that we were also told to wear gloves. A bit strange that the hygiene rules changed every day. Some of the staff at breakfast didn’t wear masks or gloves but told us to wear it. The restaurant is a bit quiet, but the food was very nice, except for the pizza which was really bad. The public pool was okay, but there weren’t enough sun beds so we would have to lay somewhere else (which was a short walk away from the pool). The staff was very polite and helpful. If only these small details didn’t happen the resort would be perfect!

We stayed here for 3 nights and we were pampered from the moment we walked in. The welcome was wonderful! The staff was super nice at all times. We had a room with a private pool and it was absolutely perfect. We had great views of the ocean from our room. It was so spacious and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was amazing with incredible views of the ocean. Just wished it was a tad closer to town, but it was still an incredible hotel
