Ammos Apartments - Kavos Leukimmis Kerkuras

Expensive for what they offer you. The water in the hotel is sometimes very cold and sometimes very warm and taking a shower there was terrible. The hotel is next to the beach but they close it and you cannot access the beach until 9am because the owner wakes up late. The do not offer any special service (they did not change the sheets and the towels), the Wifi sometimes does not work. Food is Good. They made us pay for the sunbeds 3€ each even though we were sleeping in their hotel and consuming drinks in their bar.

Four of us from London (all males) stayed in Kavos from late June 2018 for 5 nights for a festival. The hotel/apartment was located in the heart of the strip within a min walk to the night life. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around the apartment within walking distance. The apartment was clean and was located next to the sea and we had a sea view balcony room so it was really nice. In terms of the rooms they were quite basic and the shower/toilet was really small and quite outdated. It was impossible to shower without getting water everywhere. We had a Mosquito net for the balcony door but this was really useless as they managed to still get through and I have never been bitten so many times on holiday like Kavos. In terms of the basic necessities you get in a room we had a small fridge, kettle and a safe. Was disappointed to find out there was no ironing available anywhere in the apartment. In terms of the service and hospitality provided at the hotel/apartment I must say we found the owner or the person who runs the place quite rude and did not come across friendly under any circumstances. We had a few friends pop around to our hotel and stayed in the pool/bar area and they were almost forced to buy a drink regardless of them only waiting for a little bit. The rooms were not cleaned as much as we would have liked but managed to survive with one clean every two days and kept asking for new towels every other day. All in all it was a good holiday and we enjoyed it. I would recommend this place if they took on-board my feedback above with regards to better hospitality and quality of the rooms. Abz

Overall fine. The downsides are the meagre breakfast and the beach, which is not very attractive, but cleaned daily by a staff member.

Ammos apartments is the right choice if you choose to enjoy peace, relaxation, cleanliness. Here you will find a swimming pool, a neat beach, a nice bar. The staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable Appartement complex in the center of Kavos, but a bit away from the main road, so it's not noisy or loud. The best part is it's located with direct access to the best part of the beach, which is get cleaned daily. The waters are shallow for at least 50 meters, good for kids and non swimmers. Also the water adventure and fun floating complex is just beside. The team at the reception and bar is young, friendly, helpful and quick, the coffee and cocktails at the pool of on the beach are delicious! If you need a great and convenient accommodation in Kavos you can't go wrong with Ammos!

Quite place, amazing stuff… clean pool and beach. In the middle of everything. Strongly recommend and definitely coming back ✌️

We have spent 7 nights in this hotel and had perfect time. Hotel is located right on the beach with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, there is also swimming pool with nice beach bar where you can order great drinks and shisha. Owner of the place is super cool and helpful with everything. If we go to Kavos again we will 100% stay in Ammos hotel again!
