Cavos Beach House - Kavos Kokkinia

Terrible place! Noisy all night long since its surrounded by disco's. Full of mosquito's in the rooms and the owner does not help with it at all. They charge extra for the air con which is outrageous!

Very nice and clean hotel! The hosts are the best, they are there for you whenever you need them

The are asking extra 7€ a day for air-conditioning ?? Why can't you just have it in the price like all other places originally than you could compare the prices fair when you decide where to stay??

Excellent hotel we are in number 10 with two bedrooms. Beautiful sea view, little gem of a place. Shops hop skip and a jump away.

Beautiful quiet place owners are very welcoming and very friendly people, would definitely stay again but due to saving for a house / mortgage ect we won't be back for a a few years. Highly recommended 5* .

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the hosts - from day one! Got there late on/early morning, knew that we would have to call to check in as no one would be at reception, however the woman turned up, half asleep said I didn't have a booking. She goes off in Greek to her fella shouting as I'd booked a separate room and she apparently had no rooms available (even though I had the print off of the booking and full payment), however she then said she had a room and that she had to make the bed. On the last day, we had already asked regarding late checkout as our flight was a late one, the fella said he would sort it the day after and that it would be fine. They were both no-where to be seen but presumed all will be well as we were advised 'it's OK I will sort it'. The I had both the woman and man screaming at me at 12pm that I should have been out - literally, in my face scream where I was utterly dumbfounded! I was then told I had to pay 45 euros for the bed sheets to be cleaned which I am utterly confused with as bed linen had always been included at any hotel as well as air con which we also had to pay 35 euros for, for the 5 days (lucky i knew about this as researched the place). Absolutely disgusting behaviour, threatening to call the police as I refused to pay for bed sheets! Do not stay here - aggressive, nasty people which I was very confused as other reviews say they were nice - BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I personally loved staying here! We went during a very quiet season so was alot of people trying to get you to go to their bar, host of the apartment was brilliant and friendly air con is a must!

I believe the apartments were in the process of being renovated when I stayed, however the room I was in hadn't been yet. However, still a nice, clean room. Only issue is the shower wasn't that great. Hosts were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived late at night and there isn't 24 hour reception so you do have to call when you arrive. This info wasn't provided when we booked but thankfully there was a number on the office door which we could call and the hosts arrived within minutes. Great location for the beach and the strip! I'd recommend.
